Claims (11)

  1. 티오우레아 및 황의 혼합물로 반응을 수행함을 포함하여, 극성 비양자성 용매의 존재하에 일반식(II)의 5,6,11,12-테트라 클로로테트라센과 티오우레아를 반응시킴으로써 일반식(I)의 5,6,11,12-테트라티오테트라센을 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 용매가 N-알칼화 카복스아미드 또는 락탐인 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 용매가 디메틸 아세트아미드인 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 반응온도가 70 내지 250℃ 범위인 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 반응온도가 80 내지 200℃ 범위인 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 반응을 초기에 70 내지 120℃ 범위의 온도에서 최고 20시간 동안 수행한 다음, 120℃ 내지 250℃ 범위의 온도에서 최고 6시간 동안 수행하는 방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 반응을 초기에 80 내지 110℃ 범위의 온도에서 최고 20시간 동안 수행한 다음, 130℃ 내지 200℃ 범위의 온도에서 최고 6시간 동안 수행하는 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 5,6,11,12-테트라클로로테트라센 1몰당 4.2 내지 42몰당량의 티오우레아 및 2.5 내지 10몰당량의 황을 사용함을 포함하는 방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 5,6,11,12-테트라클로로테트라센 1몰당 10 내지 15몰당량의 티오우레아 및 4내지 6몰당량의 황을 사용함을 포함하는 방법.
  10. 제8항에 있어서, 반응 혼합물내의 5,6,11,12-테트라클로로테트라센의 농도가 용매 1ℓ당 0.01 내지 0.20몰인 방법.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 불황성 가스 대기의 부재하에 수행되는 방법.
