Claims (5)
- 일반식(Ⅶ)의 화합물을약 1.3 내지 약 2.5의 pH에서 비스(디메틸 아미노) 메탄의 유기용매와 반응시키는 것으로 구성된 일반식(Ⅵ)의 화합물을 제조하는 방법.
- pH 범위가 1.7 내지 2.3인 청구범위 제1항에 따른 방법.
- 디 클로로메탄에서 수행한 청구범위 제1항이나 제2항에 따른 방법.
- 염화수소 가스의 첨가로서 필요한 pH를 달성하는 청구범위 제1항 내지 제3항중의 어느 하나에 따른 방법.
- 일반식(Ⅵ)의 화합물 탈보호시켜 2-(2-(5-디메틸-아미노메틸푸란-2-일메틸티오)에틸아미노)-5-(2-하이드록시피리드-4-일메틸) 피리미딘-4-온에나 이들의 약제학상 허용가능한 염을 형성하는 청구범위 제1항에 따른 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
