Abstract

시트레벨조절장치는, 시트레벨을 상승 또는 하강시키기 위하여 차량용 시트의 프레임에 부착된 승강기구와, 이 승강기구를 조작하기 위하여 상기 승강기구와 분리가능하게 연결되는 핸들조립체를 구비한다. 이 핸들조립체는 상기 승강기구를 작동하는 작동기구와, 상기 작동기구를 로크하는 로크기구, 그리고 상기 작동기구의 로크상태를 해제하는 해제기구를 장착한다. 상기 작동, 로크, 및 해제기구를 보수할때, 이 핸들조립체는 상기 승강기구로부터 분리된다. 따라서, 보수를 용이하게 행할 수 있다.

제1도는 본 발명의 시트레벨조절장치를 구비한 차량용 시트의 측면도, 제2도는 차량용 시트의 시트쿠션의 단면도, 제3도는 커버가 제거된채 시트프레임과 연결되어 있는, 시트레벨조절장치의 핸들조립체를 표시한 횡단면도, 제4도는 핸드조립체의 부품을 표시하는 분해사시도, 제5도는 커버가 제거되어 있는, 로크상태의 핸들조립체의 측면도.

Claims (10)

  1. 차량용 시트의 시트레벨을 조절하는 장치에 있어서, 시트레벨을 상승 또는 하강시키기 위하여 차량용 시트의 프레임에 부착되는 승강기구와; 이 승강기구를 조작하기 위하여 승강기구와 분리가능하게 연결되는 핸들조립체를 구비하고, 상기 핸들조립체는, 승강기구를 작동하는 작동기구와, 이 작동기구를 로크하는 로크기구와, 그리고 작동기구의 로크상태를 해제하는 해제기구로 이루어지는 차량용 시트의 시트레벨조절장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 승강기구는, 링크기구와, 이 일크기구를 구동하는 구동축으로 이루어지며; 상기 작동기구는, 승강기구의 구동축과 제거가능하게 연결할 수 있는 작동축과, 작동축에 고정적으로 연결되는 작동레벨부재로 이루어지는 시트레벨조절장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 구동축에는 그 외면에 톱니를 가진 연결보스가 형성되어 있으며, 그리고 상기 작동축에 내면에 톱니를 가진 연결공동부가 형성되어 있으며, 상기 연결공동부의 톱니는 상기 구동축의 상기 연결보스의 톱니와 맞물릴 수 있는 시트레벨조절장치.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 로크기구는, 상기 작동축에 느슨하게 장착되는 정지부재와, 이 정지부재는 작동축의 회전에 대해 고정위치에 유지되며, 또한, 걸어맞춤부를 가지며; 작동레버부재에 고착된 피벗부재와, 이 피벗부재는 상기 작동축의 축과 평행하며; 상기 피벗부재에 요동가능하게 장착되고, 또한 정지부재의 걸어맞춤부와 걸어맞출 수 있는 걸어맞춤부를 가지는 로크부재와; 그리고 상기 해제기구는, 상기 작동축 회전가능하게 장착되는 해제레버부재와, 이 해제레버부재는 제1위치로부터 제2위치로 이동가능하며, 또 그 역도 가능하며; 그리고 상기 해제레버부재에 고정적으로 설치된 접촉부재와, 이 접촉부재는 상기 로크부재와 접촉에서 작동가능하며, 상기 접촉부재는 상기 해제레버부재가 제1위치에 있을때 로크부재를 정지부재상에 가압하여 로크부재의 걸어맞춤부를 정지부재의 걸어맞춤부와 걸어맞추게 하는 동시에 상기 해제레버부재가 제2위치에 있을때 상기 로크부재를 정지부재로부터 떨어지게 해서 로크부재의 걸어맞춤부를 정지부재의 걸어맞춤부로부터 분리되도록 하는 시트레벨조절장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 로크기구는 상기 로크부재를 상기 정재부재로부터 떨어지는 방향으로 가압하는 스프링을 더 구비하는 시트레벨조절장치.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 로크부재에는, 상기 해제레버부재의 상기 접촉부재가 따라서 이동하는 접촉면이 형성되어 있으며, 상기 접촉면은 상기 해제레버부재가 제1위치에 있을때 상기 접촉부재가 접촉하고 있는 로크접촉면과, 상기 레버해제부재가 제2위치에 있을때 상기 접촉부재가 접촉하고 있는 해제접촉면을 가지는 시트레벨조절장치.
  7. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 해제기구는 상기 해제레버부재를 제1위치로 오는 방향으로 가압하는 스프링을 더 구비하는 시트레벨조절장치.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 정지부재와 상기 해제레버부재가 상기 작동축으로부터 빠져 나가는 것을 저지하고 상기 스프링을 유지하기 위하여 상기 작동축의 외단에 제거가능하게 부착되는 유지부재를 더 구비하는 시트레벨조절장치.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 유지부재는, 상기 정지부재의 해제레버부재가 상기 작동축으로부터 빠져 나가는 것을 저지하는 링부와; 그리고 상기 스프링을 유지하기 위하여 상기 링부로부터 반경방향 바깥쪽으로 뻗는 복수개의 스프링 유지부를 구비하고 복수개의 스프링유지부중의 하나는 다른 스프링유지부보다 크게 반경방향 바깥쪽으로 뻗는 시트레벨조절장치.
  10. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 정지부재를 고정된 위치에 유지하기 위해서 시트프레임에 고착된 고정부재와; 상기 시트프레임에 설치된 가이드부재와; 상기 작동부재에 형성된 가이드돌기부를 더 구비하고, 이 가이드돌기부는, 상기 작동레버축이 소정위치에 설정될때 상기 정지부재가 상기 고정부재와 걸어맞춰지고 상기 가이드돌기부가 상기 가이드부재를 슬라이드시키는 위치에 형성되는 시트레벨조절장치.
