Abstract
부식 금속 오염물을 카르복실산 및/또는 그의 무수물, 로듐 카르보닐화 촉매, 및 카르보닐화 촉매 공-조촉매를 함유한 액체 조성물로부터, 카르복닐화 촉매 및 공-조촉매 보다는 차리리 부식 금속 제거에 선택적인 킬레이트화 수지를 사용하여 제거한다.

제1도는 Amberlyst 15 및 Lewatit OC1060 수지의 부식 금속 용량 측정 결과를 블록 도표 형태로 나타낸 것이다.
Claims (11)
- 카르복실산, 그의 무수물 또는 그의 혼합물, 로듐 카르보닐화 촉매, 카르보닐화 촉매 공-조촉매 및 부식 금속 오염물을 함유하는 액체 조성물로부터 부식 금속 오염물을 제거하는 방법에 있어서 액체 조성물을 부식 금속의 보유에 선택적인 킬레이트화 수지와 접촉시켜서 부식 금속 오염물 농도가 감소된 액체 조성물을 회수함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 킬레이트화 수지가 (a) 이미노디아세테이트 작용기; (b) 아미노포스폰산 작용기; (c) 일반식(식중, (P)는 중합체 골격을 나타낸다)의 작용기; (d) 일반식(식중, (P)는 중합체 골격을 나타낸다)의 작용기; 및 (e) 일반식(식중,)의 작용기를 갖는 킬레이트화 수지로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 이미노디아세테이트 작용기가 일반식(식중, (P)는 중합체 골격을 나타낸다)으로 표시되는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 아미노포스폰산 작용기가 일반식(식중, (P)는 중합체 골격을 나타낸다)으로 표시되는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 킬레이트화 수지가 양성자 형태인 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 액체 반응 조성물이 아세트산, 아세트산 무수물 또는 그들의 혼합물을 함유하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 부식 금속 오염물이 철, 니켈, 크롬, 망간 및 몰리브덴으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 카르보닐화 촉매 공-조촉매가 4차 아민, 포스핀, 비소 및 안티몬 화합물의 요오드화물로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 카르보닐화 촉매 공-조촉매가 알칼리 금속의 요오드염인 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 카르보닐화 촉매 공-조촉매가 요오드화 리튬인 방법.
- 알콜류, 에테르류, 에스테르류 및 할라이드류로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 반응물을 로듐 카르보닐화 촉매, 할로겐-함유 카르보닐화 조촉매 및 카르보닐화 촉매 공-조촉매의 존재하에 액상 카르보닐화 반응시켜 카르복실산, 카르복실산 무수물 또는 그의 혼합물을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 카르보닐화 반응에서 유도되고, 카르복실산, 카르복실산 무수물 또는 그의 혼합물, 로듐 카르보닐화 촉매, 카르보닐화 촉매 공-조촉매 및 부식 금속 오염물을 함유하는 액체 조성물을 부식 금속의 보유에 선택적인 킬레이트화 수지와 접촉시켜 부식 금속 오염물 농도가 감소된 액체 조성물을 회수하고, 카르보닐화 반응에 재순환 시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
