Abstract

본 발명은 중합도 300-2400, 검화도 80% 이상의 폴리비닐알콜 또는 변성 폴리비닐알콜을, 유화제로서 중합하여 중합성단량체총량의 10-250중량% 사용하고, 중합반응의 전단계에서는 전단계에 사용하는 중합성 단량체총량의 15중량% 이상의 중합성다관능단량체를 포함하는 중합성단량체성분 A를 중합시키고, 후단계에서는 중합성단량체성분 B를 중합하여 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 감열기록재료용 수성수지분산액, 및 이 감열기록재료용 수성수지분산액을 감열발색층 혹은 보호층으로서 사용한 감열기록재료를 제공하는 것이다.
상기 구성의 채용에 의하여, 종래의 감열기록재료에 비해, 표면광택에 뛰어나고, 인자농도가 높아, 인자 품위가 높은 화상을 얻을 수 있다. 더욱이, 지발색방지나 내가소제 이행성도 양호하며, 각종 출력용 서멀프린터의 출력용지로서 널리 적절하게 사용할 수 있다.

Claims (3)

  1. 중합도 300-2400, 검화도 80% 이상의 폴리비닐알콜 또는 변성 폴리비닐알콜을, 유화제로서 중합성단량체총량의 10-250중량% 사용하고, 중합반응의 전단계에서는 전단계에 사용하는 중합성 단량체총량의 15중량% 이상의 중합성다관능단량체를 포함하는 중합성단량체성분 A를 중합시키고, 후단계에서는 중합성단량체성분 B를 중합하여 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 감열기록재료용 수성수지분산액.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 감열기록재료용 수성수지분산액을 바인더용수지로서 포함하는 감열발색층을 기재상에 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 감열기록재료.
  3. 기재상에 감열발색층을 설치하고, 그 감열발색층상에 처욱는 감열발색층을 기재상에 제 1 항에 기재한 감열기록재료용 수성수지분산액을 포함하는 보호층을 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 감열기록재료.
