Abstract

매스틱 팽창 방염피복물에 대한 보강시스템. 피복물안에 끼워 넣어진 부동성의 탄소메시는 피복물을 보강하는데 사용된다. 임의로, 탄소메시는 기계적으로 부착된 보강재와 결합하여 사용될 수 있다.

매스틱 팽창 방염피복물에 대한 보강시스템

제2도는 매스틱(mastic) 방염피복물이 사용된 설비를 나타낸다,
제3도는 밑면에 도포된 매스틱 방염피복물 단면을 나타낸다,
제4도는 매스틱 방염피복물안에 끼워 넣어진 가요성 메시가 있는 I -빔 단면을 나타낸다.

Claims (27)

  1. 피복물안에 끼워 넣어진 탄소메시를 가지는 매스틱 팽창 방염피복물로 덮여진 기판으로 이루어지는 구조물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 탄소메시가 탄소사로 만들어지고 1/2" 미만의 실간 간격을 가지는 것으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 구조물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 탄소메시가 60%를 초과하는 탄소함유량을 가지는 여러겹의 실로 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 구조물.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 탄소메시가 95%를 초과하는 탄소함유량과 0.5lb/yd2이하의 중량을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 구조물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 탄소메시가 평직으로 탄소사를 짜서 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 구조물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 탄소메시가 삼축짜기로 탄소사를 짜서 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 구조물.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 탄소메시가 탄소사를 꼬아서 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 구조물.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 탄소메시가 탄소사를 편성하여 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 구조물.
  9. a) 피복물안에 끼워 넣어진 메시를 가진 넓은 표면에 도포된 매스틱 팽창 방염피복물, 와이어 메시가 넓은 표면에 기계적으로 부착되며, b) 피복물안에 끼워 넣어진 부동성의 가요성 메시를 가진 중간크기 표면에 도포된 매스틱 팽창 방염피복물을 갖는, 3피트 보다 작지 않은 치수를 가지는 넓은 표면과 3피트 보다 작은 치수를 가지는 중간크기 표면으로 이루어진 탄화수소가공설비.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 가요성 메시가 11b/yd2이하의 중량을 가지는 탄소메시인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화수소가공설비.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 탄소메시가 탄소사로 만들어지고 1/2" 미만의 실간 간격을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화수소가공설비.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 탄소메시가 60%를 초과하는 탄소함유량을 가지는 여러겹의 실로 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 괴는 탄화수소가공설비.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 탄소메시가 95%를 초과하는 탄소함유량 및 0.5ℓb/yd2이하의 중량을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화수소가공설비.
  14. 제10항에 있어서, 탄소메시가 평직으로 탄소사를 짜서 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화수소가공설비.
  15. 제10항에 있어서, 탄소메시가 삼축짜기로 탄소사를 짜서 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화수소가공설비.
  16. 제10항에 있어서, 탄소메시가 탄소사를 꼬아서 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화수소가공설비.
  17. 제10항에 있어서, 탄소메시가 탄소사를 편성하여 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화수소가공설비.
  18. a) 빔에 의해서 지지된 표면 ; b) 표면 및 빔상의 매스틱 팽창 방염피복물 ; c) 표면상의 방염피복물 안에 끼워 넣어진, 표면에 기계적으로 부착되며 빔상의 매스틱 팽창 방염피복물안에 연장되어 있는 금속메시 ; 와 d) 빔상의 피복물안에서 부동하는 가요성 메시로 이루어진 구조물.
  19. 제18항에 있어서, 가요성 메시가 1/16"과 1/2" 사이의 실간 간격을 가지는 탄소사로 만들어진 탄소메시인 것을 특징으로 하는 구조물.
  20. 제19항에 있어서, 가요성 메시가 0.5ℓb/yd2이하의 중량을 가지는 탄소메시인 것을 특징으로 하는 구조물.
  21. 팽창 방염 매스틱으로 피복된 12인치 이하의 곡률반경을 가지는 곡선부분을 가지며 방염 매스틱으로 덮여진 곡선부분안에 끼워 넣어진 팽창성 메시로 이루어진 기판.
  22. 제21항에 있어서, 팽창성 메시가 니트메시로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 기판.
  23. 제21항에 있어서, 팽창성 메시가 주름진 메시로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 기판.
  24. 제21항에 있어서, 팽창성 메시가 가요성 메시의 첫번째 조각과 첫번째 조각과 겹친 가요성 메시의 두번째 조각으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 기판.
  25. 제21항에 있어서, 팽창성 메시가 탄소사로 만들어진 것을 특징으로 하는 기판.
  26. 제21항에 있어서, 팽창성 메시가 유리섬유로 만들어진 것을 특징으로 하는 기판.
