Abstract

본 발명은 고집적 반도체 소자의 접속장치에 관한 것으로, 특히 워드선과 금속선을 접속 시킴에 있어 전도 물질패드를 사용하는 반도체 접속장치에 관한 것으로, 하나의 특정 제1전도선(A)에 제1콘택(B)을 이루되 상기 특정 제1전도선(A)에 이웃한 다른 제1전도선(A′) 상부 까지 확장 되는 전도 물질 패드(C) , 상기 전도 물질 패드(C)와 제2콘택을 형성하되 상기 이웃한 다른 제1전도선(A′) 상부에 위치하는 제2전도선(E)으로 이루어 지는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 접속 장치에 관한 것이다.

Claims (7)

  1. 일련의 제1전도선 상부층에 일련의 제2전도선이 하나씩 대응되고, 상기 제1전도선들과 제2전도선이 하나씩 접속되는 반도체 접속장치에 있어서, 하나의 특정 제1전도선(A)에 제1콘택(B)을 이루되 상기 특정 제1전도선(A)에 이웃한 다른 제 1전도선(A′) 상부 까지 확장되는 전도 물질 패드(C), 상기 전도 물질 패드(C)와 제2콘택을 형성하되 상기 이웃한 다른 제1전도선(A′) 상부에 위치하는 제2전도선(E)으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 접속장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1전도선은 워드선인 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 접속 장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2전도선은 금속인 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 접속 장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1콘택은 셀(cell) 영역에서 비트선 콘택을 할때 동시에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 접속 장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전도물질 패드는 셀(cell) 영역에서 비트선을 형성 할때 동시에 형성 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 접속 장치.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이웃한 다른 제1전도선(A′)은 N번째 이웃하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 접속 장치.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 N은 적어도 1이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 접속 장치.
