Abstract
본 발명은 폴리에틸렌 나프탈레이트 비벤조에이트(PENBB)의 층을 함유하는 이축 연신 필름, 이의 제조방법 및 이의 용도에 관한 것이다.
본 발명은 디카복실산으로부터 반복 단위로서 구조식
(Ⅰ)의 반복 단위(여기서, 당해 반복 단위는 코폴리에스테르에 존재하는 디카복실산으로 부터 유도된 반복 단위의 25㏖%이상을 구성한다)를 하나 이상 함유하는 코폴리에스테를 함유하는, 전체 두께가 0.05내지 500㎛인 단일층 또는 다증층 이축 연신 필름에 관한 것이다.
또한, 본 발명은 코콜리에스테르가 테레프탈레이트로부터 구성된 반복 단위 10㏖%이하를 함유하고 구조식(Ⅱ)의 반복 단위 함량이 5㏖%이상이 이축 연신 필름에 관한 것이다.
디카르복실산으로부터 유도된 구조식(Ⅰ)및(Ⅱ)의 반복 단위로구성된 이축 연신 필름을 수득하는 것이 바람직하다.

Claims (29)
- 디카르복실산으로부터 유도된 반복 단위로서 구조식의 반복 단위(여기서, 당해 반복 단위는 코폴리에스테르에 존재하는 디카복실산으로 부터 유도된 반복 단위의 25㏖%이상을 구성한다)를 하나 이상 함유하는 코폴리에스테르를 함유하는, 전체 두께가 0.05내지 500㎛인 단일층 또는 다중층 이축 연신 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 코폴리에스테르가 구조식의 반복 단위(여기서 구조식의 반복 단위는 폴리에스테르에 존재하는 디카복실산으로부터 유도된 반복 단위의 25㏖%이상을 구성한다)이외에, 디카복실산으로부터 유도된 반복 단위로서 구조식및/또는의 반복 단위를 추가로 함유하는 이축 연신 필름.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 코폴리에스테르가 구조식의 반복 단위를 10㏖%이하(코폴리에스테르에 존재하는 디카복실산으로부터 유도된 반복 단위를 기준)로 함유하고 구조식의 반복 단위가 5㏖%이상(코폴리에스테르에 존재하는 디카복실산으로부터 유도된 반복 단위를 기준)인 이축 연신 필름.

- 제4항에 있어서, n이 2인 이축 연신 필름
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 방향족 환시스템이 C1-6알킬, 할로겐, CN, NO2, CF2, C1-5, 알콕시 및 페닐 중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 동일하거나 상이한 라디칼에 의해 일치환, 이치환 또는 다치환된 이축 연신 필름.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중외 어느 한 항에 있어서, 코폴리에스테르의 고유점도가 ≥0.2d1/g(25℃에서 용적비가 1:1인 펜타 플루오로페놀/헥사플루오로이소프로판을 중의 0. 1g/㎖의 농도에서 측정)인 이축 연신 필름.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 층 중에 입자를 함유하는 이축 연신 필름.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 층 중에 카올린, 탈크, SiO2, MgC03, CaC03, BaCO3, Li3PO4, Ca3(PO4)2, A1203, LiF, 테레트탈산의 Ca 염, Ba 염, Zn 염 또는 Mn염, 탄소 및 이들 물질의 혼합물중에서 입자를 함유하는 이축 연신 필름.
- 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서 입자 크기가 0.001 내지 10㎛인 이축 연신 필름.
- 제8항 내지 제10창 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 입자가 0.01 내지 1중랑%의 양(층의 중량을 기준)으로 존재 하는 이축 연신 필름.
- 제1항 내지 제11항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 평평한 필름 형태인 이축 연신 필름.
- 제1항 내지 제12항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 관상 필름 형태인 이축 연신 필름.
- 제1항 내지 제13항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 열경화된 이축 연신 필름.
- 제1항 내지 제14항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 필름의 밀도가 1.28 내지 1.37g/㎤의범위인 이축 연신 필름.
- 제1항 내지 제12항 및 제15항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 복굴절 값△n이 〈0.2이소 PENBB의 고유점도 값이 〉0.5d1/g인 이축 연신 필름.
- 제1항 내지 제16항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 결정성이 이축 연신 필름.
- Tm값이 270 내지 360℃이고 축 방향 및 횡 방향에 대한 탄성률 값의합이≥10GPa이며 Tg값이 120℃이상인 폴리에틸렌 나프탈레이트 비벤조에이트(PENBB)를 함유하는 이축 연신 필름.
- 제18항에 있어서, 단일층이고 가공 보조제 또는 윤활제를 1%이하의 양으로 함유하는 이축 연시 필름.
- a)제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 따른 코폴리 에스테르와 첨가제 0내지 10중량%를 다이를 통해 압출시키거나 하나 이상의 추가의 층과 함께 동시 압출시킨 다음 냉각시키고, b)이동 방향에 대해 축 방향으로 1회 이상, 횡방향으로 1회 이상 동시에 또는 단계적으로 연신을 수행하며, c)이어서 열 경화 처리를 수행함을 특징으로 하는, 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 따른 이축 연신 필름의 제조방법.
- 자기 기록 매체용 캐리어로서의, 제1항 내지 제18항 중의 어느 한 항에 따른 이축 연신 필름의 용도.
- 콘덴서 유전체로서의, 제1항 내지 제19항 중의 어느 한 항에 따른 이축 연신 필름의 용도.
- 세일 또는 세일 윈도우로서의, 제1항 내지 제19항 중의 어느 한 항에 따른 이축 연신 필름의 용도.
- 포장 재료로서의, 제1항 내지 제19항 중의 어느 한 항에 따른 이축 연신 필름의 용도.
