Abstract

목적 : 본 발명은, 저발연성이며 고정 효과가 좋은 열 용융형의 신규 조성물의 고정재층 및 저발연성의 조성물의 배접재층으로 구성되고, 또 틈 발생이 없이, 바닥면에 밀착하기 쉽도록 뒷면에 휨이 있는 형상안정성의 양호한 타일카핏 및 그 제법에 관한 것이다.
구성 : 비정성 폴리올레핀과 수산화마그네슘을 함유하는 충전제로 되는 조성물의 배접 재층(A)/유리 또는 폴리에스테르계 부직포/비정성 폴리올레핀과 수산화마그네슘을 함유하는 충전제로 되는 조성물의 배접 재층(B)/유리 또는 폴리에스테르제 조포/비정성 폴리올레핀과 수산화마그네슘을 함유하는 충전제로 되는 조성물의 고정재층(C)을 갖는 카핏기재가 이 순서로 적층된 구조를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 타일카핏 및 그 제법이며, 타일 상태로 바닥면 전면에 깔았을 때, 경시변화가 없고, 치수안정성이 뛰어남으로 전면에 갈은 타일간의 틈이 발생하는 일이 없다.
또한, 뒷면 방향으로 약간의 휨을 갖고 있기 때문에 바닥면에 밀착한다. 또한 연소시의 저발연성과 저유해가수 발생성을 함께 가져, 고정효과가 뛰어난 타일 카핏이다.

Claims (10)

  1. 비정성 폴리올레핀과 수산화마그네슘을 함유하는 충전제로 되는 조성물의 배접 재층(A)/유리 또는 폴리에스테르계 부직포/비정성 폴리올레핀과 수산화마그네슘을 함유하는 충전제로 되는 조성물의 배접재층(B)/유리 또는 폴리에스테르계 조포/비정성 폴리올레핀과 수산화마그네슘을 함유하는 충전제로 되는 조성물의 고정재층(C)을 갖는 카핏기재가 이 순서로 적층된 구조를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 타일카핏.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 비정성 폴리올레핀과 수산화마그네슘을 함유하는 충전제로 되는 조성물의 배접재층(A) 및 배접재층(B)이, 비정성 폴리올레핀 13∼88%. 결정성 폴리올레핀 1∼10%, 점착 부여수지 1∼37%, 왁스류 1∼30% 수산화마그네슘을 함유하는 충전제 10∼85%임을 특징으로 하는 타일카핏.
  3. 제1항에 있어서. 비정성 폴리올레핀과 수산화마그네슘을 함유하는 충전제로 되는 조성물의 고정재층(C)이, 비정성 폴리올레핀 13∼88%, 결정성 폴리올레핀 1∼10%, 점착 부여수지 1∼30%수산화마그네슘을 함유하는 충전제 10∼85% 임을 특징으로 하는 타일카핏.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 배접재층(A) 및 배접재층(B)과의 두께의 비가 4:1∼1:2임을 특징으로 하는 타일카핏.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 유리계 부직포의 도포량이 15∼60g/㎡, 폴리에스테르계 부직포의 도포량이 20∼100g/㎡, 유리계 조포의 도포량이 30∼150g/㎡, 폴리에스테르게 조포의 도포량이 10∼120g/㎡임을 특징으로 하는 타일카핏.
  6. 제1항에 있어서. 충전제가 수산화마마그네슘 1∼50%를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 타일카핏.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 비정성 폴리올레핀이 프로필렌 또는 부텐의 호모폴리머 및 프로필렌과 α－올레핀의 공중합체이며, 다음의 성상을 나타냄을 특징으로 하는 타일카핏, 즉, 배접재층(A) 및 (B)에는, 용융점도(190℃) 1000∼30000cP, 수평균분자량(GPC법) 2000∼20000, 연화점(R＆B법) 100∼165℃, 침입도 10∼45dmm, 저온 내굴곡성(10mmø) -10∼-35℃, 고정재층(C)에는 용융점도(190℃) 300∼6000cP, 수평균분자량(GPC 법) 1000∼10000, 연화점(R＆B법) 100∼170℃, 침입도 8∼40dmm, 저온내굴곡성(10mmø) -5∼-30℃.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 카핏기재가 타프테드카핏 임을 특징으로 하는 타일카핏.
  9. 쉬운 박리성 기판상에, 비정성 폴리올레핀과 수산화마그네슘을 함유하는 층전제로 되는 조성물의 배접재층(A)/유리 또는 폴리에스테르계 부직포/비정성 폴리올레핀과 수산화마그네슘을 함유하는 충전제로 되는 조성물의 배접재층(B)/유리 또는 폴리에스테르계 조포/비정성 폴리올레핀과 수산화마그네슘을 함유하는 충전제로 되는 조성물의 고정재층(C)을 미리 도포 함침시킨 카핏기재를, 이 순서로 적층일체화 시킨 것을 냉각고화후, 전기 쉬운 박리성기판에서 박리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 타일카핏의 제조방법.
