Claims (4)

  1. 전하저장게이트(27)가 있는 비휘발성 반도체 메모리셀 (1); 상기의 반도체 메모리셀(1)과 같이 전하저장 게이트(27)가 있고 상기 반도체 메모리 셀의 메모리 내용을 판독하기 위해 제공되는 기록가능 로드트랜지스터(8)가 포함된 반도체 메모리.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 전하저장 게이트가 있고 게이트가 상기 로드트랜지스터(8)의 전하저장 게이트(28)에 연결된 상기 로드트랜지스터(8)내에 기록하기 위한 기록반도체 셀(14)과 상기 기록반도체 셀(14)에 기록전압을 제공하기 위한 소정수의 기록트랜지스터를 포함하는 반도체 메모리.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 로드트랜지스터(8)는 드레인(23)을 가볍게 도핑한 것으로 구성된 반도체 메모리.
  4. 제1항 내지 3항에 있어서, 상기 소정수의 반도체 메모리 셀(1)과 로드트랜지스터(8)는 어드레스 메모리 회로, 특히 용장어드레스 메모리 회로를 형성하기 위해 놓여있는 반도체 메모리.
