Abstract

매체 채널에 의해 전송되거나 이에 의해 기억된 디지탈 데이타의 에러의 검출 및 보정은 데이타를 3중 직교인터리브드 에러 보정 시스테을 통해 처리함으로써 이루어진다.
시스템의 전송 및 기억측에서, 데이타는 인코딩 단계 사이에서 실행되는 두 서로 다른 인터리빙 단계로 매체 채널에 배치되기 전에 3회 인코딩된다. 제1인터리브는 버스트 에러로부터의 보호르 향상하는 직교행 혼합 인터리브이다. 수신/재생측에서, 데이타는 디코딩 및 디인터리브 처리되는데, 포함된 에러는 원데이타를 복원할 수 있도록 검출 및 보정된다. 에러 보정을 향상시키기 위하여, 에러를 포함하는 심볼을 식별하는 심볼의 정확한 에러 플래그를 발생하여 에러 보정 디코더가 데이타에 촛점을 맞추어 이를 보정하도록 하는 회로가 사용된다.

제2도는 본 발명의 3중 직교 인터리브드 에러 보정 시스템의 한 실시예에 대한 블럭도, 제3도는 개개의 C3인코디드 코드워드가 연속 인접 열에 기록되는 외부인터리버(interleaver)에서의 일련의 데이타 면(plane)에 대한 도시도, 제4A도 및 4B도는 직교 혼합(shuffling)을 설명하는 일련의 데이타면에 대한 도시도, 제5도는 외부 인터리버에 의해 실행되는 특정행 유지면간(interplane)직교 혼합 순차를 설명하는 데이타 블럭에 대한 도시도.

Claims (1)

  1. 사용자 데이타 스트림의 인터리빙 및 인코딩 방법으로서, 사용자 데이타 스트림을 제1코드 그룹의 순차로 분리하는 단계와, 제1에러 보정 코드를 부가함으로써 각각의 제1코드 그룹을 상기 순차로 인코딩하여, 제1코드워드를 형성하는 단계와, 제1코드 그룹의 순차에 따라 각각 인코디드 제1코드위드를 순차적으로 결합하여 제1코드워드 순차를 출력하는 단계와, 제1코드워드의 상기 순차를 제1시리즈의 2디멘죤 열x행 데이타 면에 배치하는 단계와, 데이타 면간의 행 혼합에 의해 제1시리즈의 데이타 면을 직교 인터리빙하여 제2시리즈 2디멘죤 열 x행 데이타 면을 형상하는 단계와(여기서 제2시리즈의 데티나 면의 각각의 열이 순차 출력을 위한 제2코드그룹을 포함함), 제2애러 보정 코드를 부가하여 상기 순차의 각각의 제2코드 그룹을 인코딩하여, 제2코드워드를 형성하는 단계와, 제2코드 그룹의 상기 순차에 따라 각각의 인코디드 제2코드워드를 순차적으로 결합하여, 제2코드워드의 순차를 출력하는 단계와, 제2코드워드의 상기 순차를 제2코드워드의 2디멘죤 열x행 데이타면에 배치하는 단계와(여기서, 데이타 면의 각각의 행이 제3코드 그룹을 포함함), 제3코드 그룹의 순차로서 제1데이타 면의 행을 순차적으로 출력함으로써 제2코드워드 데이타면에 배치된 제2코드워드를 인터리빙하는 단계와, 제3에러 보정코드를 부가함으로써 상기 순차의 각가의 제3코드 그룹을 인코딩하여, 제3코드워드를 형성하는 단계와, 제3코드워드의 상기 순차에 따라 각각의 인코디드 제3코드워드를 순차적으로 결합하여 제3코드워드의 순차를 인터리브드 인코디드 사용자 데이타 스크림으로서 출력하는 단계를 포함하는 사용자 데이타 스트림의 인터리빙 및 인코딩방법.
