Abstract
본 발명은 유량센서를 이용하여 전해조에 대한 통전, 전해능력의 판정과 표시, 필터카트리지 시명의 판정과 표시를 적정히 실시하도록 제어하는 연속식 전해 이온수 생성기의 제어장치에 관한 것으로서,
전해조(5)의 전기회로(10)에 접속되는 제어유닛(40)이 유량센서(4)의 신호와 레인지 전환스위치(28)의 신호에 의해 전해의 유무를 판정하는 전해판정수단(42)을 구비하고,
유량과 전해강도의 관계에서 전해상태이며 전해 판정수단(42)에 의하여 판정하는 경우에는 전원스위치(17)를 ON하여 전원회로(10)에 의해 전해조(5)에 통전하여 전기 분해한다.
또 비 전해 상태라고 판정하는 경우에는 전해 판정수단(42)에 의해 전원스위치(17)를 OFF하고 전해조(5)를 비통전의 상태로 유지하도록 되어있다.

제1도는 본 발명에 관한 연속식 전해 이온수 생성기의 통수경로와 전원회로?? 개략을 나타내는 회로도.
제2도는 연속식 전해 이온수 생성기의 제어회로의 개략을 나타내는 회로도.
제3도는 본 발명에 관한 연속식 전해 이온수 생성기의 제어장치의 실시예를 나타내는 블록도이다.
Claims (4)
- 음극과 양극을 갖는 전해조에 대한 통수관로 속에 설치되어 수의 잔류염소를 제거하는 피터가트리지와, 상기 통수 관로속에 설치되어 통수의 유량을 검출하는 유량센서와, 상기 음극과 상기 양극에 직류전압을 인가하는 전원회로와, 상기 전해조의 전해강도를 조절하는 레인지 전환스위치와, 유량과 상기 레인지 전환스위치의 조작으로 결정되는 전해강도와의 관계에 의해 전해의 윰를 판정하여 상기 전원회로의 전원스위치를 ON 또는 OFF하는 제어유닛을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속식 전해 이온수 생성기의 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제어 유닛이 통수시의 유량을 적산하는 통수량 산출 수단과, 통수량에 의해 필터카트리지 수명의 유무를 판정하려 수명이 다한 경우는 그것을 표시하는 필터수명판정 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속식 전해 이온수 생성기의 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제어 유닛이 통수시에 유량에 의해 전해능력을 판정하여 유량의 다소나 적정을 표시하는 전해능력 판정수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속식 전해 이온수 생성기의 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 필터카트리지가 필터 교환시에 통수량의 적산을 리셋하는 리셋 스위치를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속식 전해 이온수 생성기의 제어장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
