Abstract

본 발명은 합성 수지로 형성되고 도전성 필러로써 인을 가진 산화 주석을 포함하고 투광성의 대전 방지막이 광학 빔이 가해지는 광학 디스크의 플라스틱 기간의 다른 면에 적용되는 광학 디스크를 제공한다. 도전성 필러에서의 산화 주석에의 인의 도핑양은 3내지 7wt%가 바람직하다.
대전 방지막에서의 도전성 필러의 함유량이 25 내지 45wt%이고 그리고/또는 평균 입자 지름이 0.15㎛, 혹은 그 이하가 바람직하다.

Claims (3)

  1. 합성 수지로 형성되고 도전성 필러로써 인을 가진 산화 주석을 포함하고 투광성의 대전 방지막이 광학 빔이 가해지는 광학 디스크의 플라스틱 기판의 다른면에 적용되는 광학 디스크.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 도전성 필러에서의 산화 주석에의 인의 도핑양이 도전성 필러 전체양의 3 내지 7wt%인 광학 디스크.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 대전 방지막에서의 도전성 필러의 양이 25 내지 45wt%이고, 그리고/또는 그 평균 입자 지름이 0.15㎛이거나 그 이하인 광학 디스크.
