Abstract

본 발명은 열가소성 수지 100중량부를 기준으로 0.01중량부 내지 5중량부의 양의 히드로탤사이트 화합물을 함유하는 수지 조성물, 미세 결정의 산화 구리를 표면에 석출시킨 히드로탤사이트 화합물, 그리고 상기 수지 조성물로부터 제조된 성형품에 관한 것이다. 상기 수지 조성물과 그로부터 제조된 성형품은 우수한 내열성 및 내후성을 가지다.

Claims (10)

  1. 미세 결정의 산화 구리를 표면에 갖고 있는 히드로탤사이트 화합물을 열가소성 수지에 함유시킨 수지 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 히드로탤사이트 화합물은 결정 크기가 500Å 이하인 산화구리를 표면에 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 히드로탤사이트 화합물은 미세 결정의 산화구리가 표면에 석출되어 있는 히드로탤사이트 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 수지 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 히드로탤사이트 화합물은 열가소성 수지 100중량부를 기준으로 하여 0.01중량부 내지 5중량부의 양으로 함유되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 히드로탤사이트 화합물은 3중량% 내지 45중량%의 산화 구리를 함유하는 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지 조성물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 열가소성 수지는 할로겐화 수지, 폴리올레핀 수지 그리고 폴리아미드 수지로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 수지 조성물.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 열가소성 수지는 할로겐화 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 수지 조성물.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 열가소성 수지는 할로겐 혹은 할로겐 화합물을 함유하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지 조성물.
  9. 제1항의 수지 조성물로 부터 제조된 성형품.
  10. 미세 결정의 산화 구리를 표면에 갖고 있는 히드로탤사이트 화합물 수지를 안정제로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 히드로탤사이트 화합물 수지.
