Claims (11)
- (a)결정도가 약20%이상인, 에틸렌과 하나 이상의 다른 알파-올레핀의 인터폴리머 10%이상(총 조성물의 중량기준)을, (b) 프로필렌의 단독중합체 또는 프로필렌과 하나 이상의 다른 알파-올레핀의 인터폴리머인 매트릭스중에 혼입시킨 내충격성 공중합체 조성물을, 상기 에틸렌의 인터폴리머의 융점 이하의 온도에서 상온 성형시킴을 특징으로 하여 성형 제품을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분(a)가 에틸렌을 약 85중량%이상 함유하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분(a)가 약 20 내지 약 60중량% 범위의 결정도를 갖는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분(a)가, 내충격성 폴리프로필렌 공중합체의 기준으로 하여, 약 10 내지 약 50중량%의 양으로 내충격성 폴리프로필렌 공중합체중에 존재하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분(a)의 다른 알파-올레핀중의 하나가 프로필렌인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 약 130℃ 내지 약 145℃의 온도 범위에서 성형시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분(b)가 프로필렌의 단독중합체인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분(b)가 프로필렌과 에틸렌의 공중합체인 방법.
- 제1항에 따른 방법에 의해 제조된 생성물.
- (a)(i)프로필렌의 단독중합체 또는 프로필렌과 하나 이상의 다른 알파-올레핀 약 5중량%이하(공중합체중량 기준)의 알파-올레핀의 공중합체인 매트릭스, 및 이 매트릭스중에 혼입된, (ⅱ)결정도가 약 20%이상인, 에틸렌과 하나 이상의 다른 알파-올레핀의 공중합체 약 10중량%이상(내충격성 공중합체의 중량 기준)을 포함하는 내충격성 폴리프로필렌 공중합체를 제조하고; (b)내충격성 폴리프로필렌 공중합체를 성분(ⅱ)의 융점이상 및 성분(ⅰ)의 융점 이하의 온도에서 형성시킴을 특징으로 하여 내충격성 폴리프로필렌 공중합체를 고체상 성형시키는 방법.
