Claims (6)
- (a) 규화도가 99몰%이상인 폴리비닐알코올로 된 필름의 적어도 한쪽면 위에 규소화산화물 박막을 가지는 투명필름으로 이루어진 중심층(A)와, (b) 적어도 한쪽면위에 투명한 규소산화물박막을 가지는 투명한 플라스틱필름을 적어도 1개의 층으로 함유하는 투명필름으로 이루어진 보호층(B)으로 되어 있되, 상기의 중심층(A)의 한쪽면 위에 상기의 보호층(B)이 접합되어 있는 적층구조형태로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 방습필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 규소산화물 박막은 스펏터링법과, 이온플레이팅법중에서 하나로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 방습필름.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 중심층의 폴리비닐알코올 필름은 그 두께가 5내지 400μm의 범위이고, 규소산화물 박막의 두께는 100내지 5000Å의 범위이고, 이들 전체의 두께는 10 내지 500μm의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 방습필름.
- (a) 규화도가 99몰%이상인 폴리비닐알코올로 된 필름의 적어도 한쪽면 위에 규소화산화물 박막을 가지는 투명필름으로 이루어진 중심층(A)과, (b) 적어도 한쪽면위에 투명한 규소화산화물 박막을 가지는 투명한 플라스틱필름을 적어도 1개의 층으로 함유하는 투명필름으로 이루어진 보호층(B)과, (c) 밀봉가능한 수지로 된 밀봉층(c)로 되어 있되, 상기 중심층(A)의 한쪽면 위에 상기의 보호층(B)이 접합되어 있고, 다른쪽면 위에는 상기의 밀봉(C)이 접합되어 있는 적층구조형태로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 방습필름.
- 제4항에 있어서, 규소산화물 박막은 스펏터링법과 이온플레이팅법중에서 하나로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 방습필름.
- 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 중심층의 폴리비닐알코올 필름은 그 두께가 5내지 400μm의 범위이고, 규소산화물 박막의 두께는 100내지 5000Å의 범위이고, 보호층과 밀봉층의 총두께는 5내지 400μm의 범위이며, 이들 전체의 두께는 10 내지 500μm의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 방습필름.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
