제1도는 본 발명의 실시예 C1에 의하여 제조된 적층 필름에서의 수산화물 박막층의 두께 방향에 대한 규소결합에너지를 나타낸 그래프이며,
제2도는 본 발명의 실시예 C2에 의하여 제조된 적층 필름에서의 수산화물 박막층의 두께 방향에 대한 규소결합에너지를 나타낸 그래프이고,
Claims (7)
- 극성기를 갖는 열가소성 플라스틱 필름의 한쪽면에 규소산화물 박막층을 적층 형성시키되 규소산화물 박막층의 규소결합에너지가 층의 두께방향과 상위하여 플라스틱 필름과 접합되어 있는 근방부에서 큰 규소 결합에너지를 갖도록 되어진 것임을 특징으로 하는 가스배리어성 적층 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 플라스틱 필름은 감화도가 99% 이상이며 적어도 일축방향으로 5배이상 연신된 폴리비닐알코올 필름인 것임을 특징으로 하는 가스배리어성 적충 필름.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 폴리비닐알코올 필름은 그 두께가 5∼400㎛인 것임을 특징으로 하는 가스배리어성 적층 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 규소산화물 박막층은 그 두께가 5∼500㎛인 것임을 특징으로 하는 가스배리어성 적층 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 플라스틱 필름은 감화도가 99%이상이며 120℃의 온도조건에서 길이 변화율이 2% 이하의 범위내에 있는 연신된 폴리비닐알코올 필름인 것임을 특징으로 하는 가스배리어성 적층 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 규소산화물 박막층은 진공증착법, 스팻터링법 또는 이온플레이팅법으로 형성된 것임을 특징으로 하는 가스배리어성 적층 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 박막층의 다른쪽면에는 플라스틱막이 적층 형성되어 있는 것임을 특징으로 하는 가스배리어성 적층 필름.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
