가스배리어성 적층 필름
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명의 실시예 C1에 의하여 제조된 적층 필름에서의 수산화물 박막층의 두께 방향에 대한 규소결합에너지를 나타낸 그래프이며,
제2도는 본 발명의 실시예 C2에 의하여 제조된 적층 필름에서의 수산화물 박막층의 두께 방향에 대한 규소결합에너지를 나타낸 그래프이고,

Claims (7)

  1. 극성기를 갖는 열가소성 플라스틱 필름의 한쪽면에 규소산화물 박막층을 적층 형성시키되 규소산화물 박막층의 규소결합에너지가 층의 두께방향과 상위하여 플라스틱 필름과 접합되어 있는 근방부에서 큰 규소 결합에너지를 갖도록 되어진 것임을 특징으로 하는 가스배리어성 적층 필름.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 플라스틱 필름은 감화도가 99% 이상이며 적어도 일축방향으로 5배이상 연신된 폴리비닐알코올 필름인 것임을 특징으로 하는 가스배리어성 적충 필름.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 폴리비닐알코올 필름은 그 두께가 5∼400㎛인 것임을 특징으로 하는 가스배리어성 적층 필름.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 규소산화물 박막층은 그 두께가 5∼500㎛인 것임을 특징으로 하는 가스배리어성 적층 필름.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 플라스틱 필름은 감화도가 99%이상이며 120℃의 온도조건에서 길이 변화율이 2% 이하의 범위내에 있는 연신된 폴리비닐알코올 필름인 것임을 특징으로 하는 가스배리어성 적층 필름.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 규소산화물 박막층은 진공증착법, 스팻터링법 또는 이온플레이팅법으로 형성된 것임을 특징으로 하는 가스배리어성 적층 필름.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 박막층의 다른쪽면에는 플라스틱막이 적층 형성되어 있는 것임을 특징으로 하는 가스배리어성 적층 필름.
