제1도 내지 제5도는 본 발명의 내열성 방습 필름의 구체적인 구조예를 예시하는 단면도이다.

Claims (5)

  1. 하기한 바와 같이 정의되는 제1층(A), 제2층(B) 및 제3층(C)로 구성되고, 제1층의 한면에 제2층이 접합되고, 제1층의 다른 면에 제3층이 접합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내열성 방습 필름. (a) 제1층(A)는 규화도((몰% 이상의 폴리비닐알코올로 구성된 기판 필름과 그의 적어도 한면에 형성된 투명한 규소산화물 박막으로 구성된 투명 적층 필름의 단층체 또는 적층체로 구성된다. (b) 제2층(B)는 폴리비닐알코올 이외의 투명 플라스틱으로 구성된 필름의 단층체 또는 적층체로 구성되고, 적어도 1층의 필름의 적어도 한면에 100 내지 5000Å의 투명한 규소산화물 박막이 형성되고 더구나 150℃에서 30분간 가열시킨 경우의 종방향과 횡방향의 가열 수축률의 절대치의 합이 1% 이하이고 ASTM D-1003에 의해 광선투과율이 85%이상인 내열성 투명 필름을 적어도 1층 포함된다. (c) 제3층(C)는 열밀봉 가능한 수지층으로 구성된다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 내열성 투명 필름의 두께가 10 내지 100㎛의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 내열성 방습 필름.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 내열성 투명 필름이 하기의 화학식으로 표시되는 반복 단위를 갖는 폴리에테르술폰 수지로 구성되는 필름인 것을 특징으로 하는 내열성 방습 필름.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 규소산화물 박막이 진공 증착법, 스퍼터링법, 이온플레이팅법 증 어느 한 방법에 의해 형성된 것인 것을 특징으로 하는 내열성 방습 필름.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 제1층(A)에 있어서 기판 필름 및 규소산화물 박막의 각 두께가 각각 5 내지 400㎛, 100 내지 5000Å범위이고, 제2층(B)과 제3층(C)의 합께 두께가 50 내지 1000㎛범위인 것을 특징으로하는 내열성 방습 필름.
