Claims (18)

  1. 투명유리기판과, 유리기판표면위에, 상기 기판표면과 직접 접촉하는 투명산화막으로 두께 70∼100mm, 굴절율이 1.80∼1.90인 제1층과, 상기 제1층위에 형성된 투명산화막으로 두께 110∼130mm, 굴절율이 1.40∼1.50인 제2층으로 이루어지는 2층피막의 반사율감소피막을 형성하여, 상기 피막위에 피복유리판의 피복면에서의 입사각이 50∼70°로 입사하는 가시광에 대하여, 피복유리판의 반사율이 피막이 없는 상기 유리기판의 반사율보다 4.5∼6.5% 낮도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 피복유리판.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 피막의 제1층은 TiO2및 ZrO2로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 적어도 1종의 비교적 굴절율이 높은 산화물과 SiO2, Al2O3및 B2O3로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 적어도 1종의 비교적 굴절율이 낮은 산화물로 이루어지는 혼합산화막인 것을 특징으로 하는 피복유리판.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 피막의 제1층은 TiO2와 SiO2로 형성된 2원산화막인 것을 특징으로 하는 피복유리판.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제1층에 있어 TiO2와 SiO2의 비는 55:45∼62:38인 것을 특징으로 하는 피복유리판.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 피막의 제2층은 SiO2막인 것을 특징으로 하는 피복유리판.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유리기판은 색유리시이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 피복유리판.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유리기판은 적층유리판인 것을 특징으로 하는 피복유리판.
  8. 투명유리기판과, 유리기판표면위에, 상기 기판표면과 직접 접촉하는 투명산화막으로 두께 70∼100mm, 굴절율이 1.80∼1.90인 제1층과, 상기 제1층위에 형성된 투명산화막으로 두께 130∼160mm, 굴절율이 2.05∼2.30인 제2층과, 상기 제2층위에 형성된 투명산화막으로 두께 110∼130mm, 굴절율이 1.40∼1.50인 제3층으로 이루어지는 3층피막의 반사율감소피막을 형성하여, 상기 피막위에 피복유리판의 피복면에서의 입사각이 50∼70°로 입사하는 가시광에 대하여, 피복유리판의 반사율이 피막이 없는 상기 유리기판의 반사율보다 4.5∼6.5% 낮도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 피복유리판.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 피막의 제1층은 TiO2및 ZrO2로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 적어도 1종의 비교적 굴절율이 높은 산화물과 SiO2, Al2O3및 B2O3로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 적어도 1종의 비교적 굴절율이 낮은 산화물로 이루어지는 혼합산화막인 것을 특징으로 하는 피복유리판.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 제1층에 있어 TiO2와 SiO2로 형성된 2원산화막인 것을 특징으로 하는 피복유리판.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 제1층에 있어 TiO2와 SiO2의 비는 55:45∼62:38인 것을 특징으로 하는 피복유리판.
  12. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 피막의 제2층은 TiO2막인 것을 특징으로 하는 피복유리판.
  13. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 피막의 제2층은 Ta2O5막인 것을 특징으로 하는 피복유리판.
  14. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 피막의 제2층은 TiO2와 Ta2O5로 형성된 2원산화막인 것을 특징으로 하는 피복유리판.
  15. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 피막의 제1층은 TiO2와 Ta2O5로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 적어도 1종의 비교적 굴절율이 높은 산화물과 SiO2, ZrO2, Al2O3및 B2O3로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 적어도 1종의 비교적 굴절율이 낮은 산화물로 이루어지는 혼합산화막인 것을 특징으로 하는 피복유리판.
  16. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 피막의 제3층은 SiO3막인 것을 특징으로 하는 피복유리판.
  17. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 유리기판은 색유리시이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 피복유리판.
  18. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 유리기판은 적층유리판인 것을 특징으로 하는 피복유리판.
