Abstract

본 발명은 제조공정 동안에 반사층과 둘 이상의 반사증진층을 포함하는 피복물을 뜨거운 유리 리본 위에 침착시킴을 특징으로 하는 면경의 제조 방법을 제공하며, 이에 의해 면경의 가시광 반사율은 70%이상으로 된다.
또한, 이러한 피복물을 갖는 면경이 제공된다. 바람직한 양태에 있어서, 피복물을 굴절률이 1.6이상인 내부층, 굴절률이 내부층 및 외부층 중의 어느 한 층의 굴절률보다 낮으며 굴절률이 3 미만으로 비교적 낮은 중간층 및 굴절률이 1.6 이상인 외부층(단, 여기서, 내부층 및 외부층중 하나 이상이 규소 층이며 내부층과 외부층의 총 굴절률이 5.5 이상이고, 총 두께는 면경의 가시광 반사율이 70%로 되도록 하는 정도이다)을 포함한다.
또 다른 양태에 있어서, 내부층 및 외부층 중의 한 층이 굴절률이 비교적 낮은 금속으로 대체될 수 있다.

Claims (28)

  1. 제조공정 동안, 반사층과 둘 이상의 반사증진층을 포함하는 피복물을 뜨거운 유리 리본 위에 침착시킴을 특징으로 하여, 가시광 반사율이 70% 이상인 면경을 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 반사증진층이 굴절률이 비교적 낮은 피복물 중간층과 굴절률이 비교적 높고 중간층이 인접한 층을 포함하는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 반사층이 굴절률이 비교적 높고 중간층이 인접한 층를 포함하는 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 굴절률이 비교적 높은 층의 하나 이상이 규소 층인 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 굴절률이 비교적 높은 층 모두가 규소 층인 방법.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 굴절률이 비교적 높은 나머지 한 층이 산화주석, 산화티타늄 또는 산화규소 층인 방법.

  18. 굴절률이 1.6 이상인 내부층, 굴절률이 내부층 및 외부층 중의 어느 한 층의 굴절률보다 낮으며 굴절률이 3 미만으로 비교적 낮은 중간층 및 굴절률이 1.6 이상인 외부층을 피복물(여기서, 내부층 및 외부층중의 하나 이상이 규소 층이며 내부층과 외부층의 총 굴절률이 5.5 이상이고, 총 두께는 면경의 가시광 반사율이 70%로 되도록 하는 정도이다)을 두께가 약 4㎜ 이상인 유리 기재에 포함하는 면경.
  19. 굴절률이 1.6 이상인 내부층, 굴절률이 내부층 및 외부층 중의 어느 한 층의 굴절률보다 낮으며 굴절률이 3 미만으로 비교적 낮은 중간층 및 굴절률이 1.6 이상인 외부층을 피복물(여기서, 내부층 및 외부층중의 하나 이상이 규소 층이며 내부층과 외부층의 총 굴절률이 5.5 이상이고, 총 두께는 면경의 가시광 반사율이 70%로 되도록 하는 정도이다) 및 면경 앞면에 대해서는 피복물에 대한 유리 반대면에 또는 면경 뒷면에 대해서는 피복물에 실제로 불투명한 층을 갖는 유리 기재를 포함하는 면경.
  20. 제16항 내지 제19항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 굴절률이 비교적 높은 충중 하나 이상이 규소 층인 면경.
