Claims (16)
- 강화섬유(2)를 1방향으로 당겨 가지런히하고, 또한 낚싯대길이의 전길이에 걸친 폭을 가진 프리프레그시이트(6)를 감아서 형성한 내층부, 강화섬유(2)를 상기 1방향과는 다른 방향으로 당겨 가지런히하고, 또한 낚싯대길이보다도 짧은폭의 프리프레그테이프(5)를 낚싯대길이 끝까지 감아서 형성된 외층부로 구성되어 있으며, 상기 프리프레그테이프(5)는 낚싯대끝부분에서 상기 프리프레그테이프(5)의 폭방향 1부분이 서로 겹쳐지는 상태로, 손잡이쪽 부분에서는 낚싯대 축방향으로 간격을 곧 상태로 감겨져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 낚싯대재.
- 제1함에 있어서 상기 내층부를 구성하는 프리프레그시이트(6)에 당겨 가지런히 한 강화섬유(2)의 방향이 낚싯대 (1)의 축방향임과 동시에, 상기 외층부를 구성하는 프리프레그테이프(5)에 당겨 가지런히한 강화섬유(2)의 방향이 낚싯대(1)의 둘레방향인것을 특징으로하는 낚싯대재.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 내층부는 선단직경이 0.5~1mm 정도의 맨드릴(4)에 대하여 상기 프리프레그시이트(6)를 1가닥 내지 3가닥 정도 감아서 형성된것을 특징으로 하는 낚싯대재.
- 재3항에 있어서, 상기 낚싯대재가 중공형상의 대끝 낚싯대인 것을 특징으로 하는 낚싯대재.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 손잡이쪽 부분에는 패턴감기(7)로 감겨져있는 것을 특징으로 하는 낚싯대재.
- 강화섬유(2)를 1방향으로 당겨 가지런히 하고, 또한 낚싯대길이의 전길이에 걸친 폭을 가진 프리그레그시이트(6)를 맨드릴(4)에 감는단계, 강화섬유(2)를 상기 1방향과는 다른 방향으로 당겨 가지런히 하고, 또한 낚싯대 길이보다도 짧은 폭의 프리프레그테이프(5)를 낚싯대길이끝까지 감은다음에 소성하는 단계, 및 상기 프리프레그테이프(5)를 낚싯대 끝부분에서는 상기 프리프레그테이프(5)의 폭방향 일부분이 서로 겹치는 상대로, 손잡이쪽 부분에서는 대축 방향으로 간격을 둔 상태로 감는 단계로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 낚싯대재의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 프리프레그시이트(6)에 당겨 가지런히 한 강화섬유(2)의 방향을 낚싯대 (1)의 축방향으로 함과 동시에, 이 표면에 감는 상기 프리프레그테이프(5)에 당겨 가지런히 한 강화섬유(2)의 방향을 낚싯대 (1)의 둘레방향으로 한것을 특징으로 하는 낚싯대재의 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 손잡이쪽 부분에는 패턴감기 (7)로 감는것을 특징으로 하는 낚싯대재의 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 프리프레그시이트(6)를 맨드릴(4)에 대하여 감는 방법이 선단직경이 0.5~1mm 정도의 맨드릴 (4)에 대하여, 상기 프리프레그시이트(6)틀 1가닥 내지 3가닥 정도 감는 것을 특징으로 하는 낚싯대재의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 맨드릴 (4)에 미리 프리프레그테이프(5)를 감아두고, 그 다음에 이 프리프레그테이프 (5)의 표면에 상기 프리프레그시이트(6)를 겹쳐 감는 것을 특징으로 하는 낚싯대재의 제조방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 손잡이쪽 부분에는 패턴감기 (7)로 잡는 것을 특징으로 하는 낚싯대재의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 프리프레그시이트(6)가 바이어스방향으로 당겨 가지런히한 프리프레그시이트(6a)로서, 그 표면에 겹쳐 이 바이어스 방향과는 반대항향으로 비스듬히 교차하는 프리프레그시이트(6b)를 상기 프리프레그시이트(6a)상에 감는 것을 특징으로 하는 낚싯대재의 제조방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 손잡이쪽 부분에 패턴감기 (7)로 감는 것을 특징으로 하는 낚싯대재의 제조방법.
- 강화섬유(2)를 낚싯대 (1)의 둘레방향으로 당겨 가지런히하고, 또한 대길이의 전길이에 걸친 폭을 가진 프리프레그시이트(6c)들 맨드릴(4)에 감는 단계, 그 표면에 강화섬유틀 낚싯대 (1)의 축방향으로 당겨 가지런히하고, 또한 낚싯대길이의 전길이에 걸친 폭을 가진 프리프레그시이트(6)를 감는 단계, 그 표면에 강화섬유(2)를 낚싯대 (1)의 둘레방향으로 당겨 가지런히하고, 또한 낚싯대길이의 전길이에 걸친 폭을 가진 프리프레그시이트 (6c)를 감는 단계, 이어서, 그 표면에 강화섬유(2)를 낚싯대 (1)의 축방향으로 당겨 가지런히 하고, 또한 낚싯대 길이의 전길이에 걸친 폭을 가진 프리프레그시이트(6)를 감는 단계, 그리고, 강화섬유(2)를 낚싯대 (1)의 둘레방향으로 당겨 가지런히 하고, 또한 낚싯대질이보다도 짧은 폭의 프리프레그테이프(5)를 낚싯대길이 끝까지 감는 단계로 구성되어 있으며, 상기 프리프레그테이프(5)를 낚싯대끝 부분에서는 상기 프리프레그테이프(5)의 폭방향 일부분이 서로 겹치는 상태로, 손잡이쪽 부분에서는 낚싯대축방향으로 간격을 둔 상태로 감는 것을 특징으로 하는 낚싯대 제조방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 프리프레그시이트(6)를 맨드릴(4)에 대하여 감는 방법이, 선단직경이 0.5~1mm 정도의 맨드릴(4)에 대하여 상기 프리프레그시이트(6)를 1가닥 내지 3가닥정도 감는 것을 특징으로 하는 낚싯대 제조방법.
