제1도는 본 발명의 제1실시예에 관한 차량의 동력전달장치구조의 전체 구성을 나타내는 골조도,
제2도는 마찬가지로 차체전면부에 있어서의 동력전달장치의 배치 상태를 나타내는 측면도,
제3도는 동력전달장치 구조의 주요부를 나타내는 단면도.

Claims (9)

  1. 엔진(6)(101)과 변속기(7)(103)이 병렬로 배치되어 있고, 상기한 엔진(6)(101)의 크랭크축(8)(102)의 한쪽 끝에는 클리처(11)(111)이 설치되어 있음과 동시에 그 클러치(11)(111)의 엔진(6)(101)과 반대측의 측면쪽에는 클러치(11)(111)을 통해 출력되는 엔진(6)(101)의 동력을 변속기(7)(103)의 입력축(21)(121)에 전달하는 동력 전달장치(12)(112)가 설치된 차량의 동력전달장치 구조에 있어서, 상기한 변속기(7)(103)의 입력축(21)(121)은 상기한 클러치(11)(111)의 바깥쪽을 통해서 상기한 동력전달장치(12)(121)에 연결되어 있고, 그 입력축(21)(121)의 외부원주에는 변속기(7)(103)의 케이스내와 동력전달장치(12)(112)의 케이스 내와의 사이에서 오일이 유동가능한 오일통로(87)(187)이 형성되고, 그 오일통로(87)(187)과 상기한 클러치(11)(111)과의 사이는 오일 밀봉식으로 밀봉되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 동력전달장치 구조.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 오일통로(87)(187)이 클러치케이스(81)(156)내를 관통해서 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 동력전달장치 구조.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 오일통로(87)(187)은 상기한 변속기(7)(103)의 입력축(21)(121)을 축지지하는 축지지부재(84)(193)으로부터 입력축(21)(121)과 동심원상으로 또한 그 입력축(21)(121)의 외부원주면괄 소정의 간격을 띠운채로 동력전달장치(12)(112)축으로 뻗은 신장부에 의해 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 동력전달장치구조.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 동력전달장치(12)(112)의 케이스에는 상기한 변속기(7)(103)의 입력축(21)(121)과 연결되는 기어의 근방으로부터 상기한 입력축(21) (121)과 동심원상으로서 또한 그 입력축(21)(121)의 외부원주면과 소정의 간격을 띠운채로 변속기(7)(103)축으로 뻗는 신장부가 형성되고, 그 신장부는 상기한 축지지부재(84)(193)의 신장부와 끼워맞춰지고, 이 끼워맞춤부에서 상기한 오일통로(87)(187)과 클러치(11)(111)과의 사이의 밀봉이 행해지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 동력전달장치구조.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 엔진(6)(101) 및 변속기(7)(103)의 케이스는 일체의 구조로 구성되어 있고, 이 케이스와 상기한 축지지부재(84)(193)과는 별개로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 동력전달장치 구조.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 클러치케이스(81)(156)은 클러치(11)(111)본체의 외부 원주를 둘러싸도록 대략 주발형상으로 형성되어 있고, 상기한 오일통로(87)(187)은 그 클러치케이스(81)(156)의 밖에 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 동력전달장치 구조.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 변속기(17)(103)의 출력축(22)(122)의 한쪽끝에는 그 출력축(22)(122)의 회전에 의해 작동하는 오일펌프(183)가 설치되어 있음과 동시에 변속기(7)(103)의 입출력축(21)(121)(22)(122)에는 그 오일펌프(183)으로부터 토출되는 오일을 상기한 동력전달장치(12)(112)의 케이스 내에 공급하는 오일공급통로(185)가 형성되어 있고, 그 동력전달장치(12)(112)의 케이스 내의 오일이 기준 오일레벨 이상된때에 그 오일이 상기한 오일 통로(87)(187)을 통해 변속기(7)(103)의 케이스 내로 복귀되도록 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 동력전달장치 구조.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 동력전달장치(12)(112)는 2개의 사슬톱니바퀴(116)(117)사이에 체인(118)을 감아 걸어서 된 체인식의 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 동력전달장치 구조.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 동력전달장치(12)(112)의 케이스에는 상기한 각 사슬톱니바퀴(116)(117)을 축방향으로 맞닿아서 지지하는 쓰러스트판(165)(166)에 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 동력전달장치 구조.
