Abstract

자동변속기에서 변속된 구동력을 출력시키는 트랜스퍼 아이들 기어와, 이 구동력을 구동축으로 전달하는 디프렌셜 드리븐 기어 사이에 제공되어 변속기의 출력을 구동측으로 전달시키는 자동변속기용 트랜스퍼 샤프트에 있어서; 변속시 발생되는 변속 충격이 구동축으로 전달되는 것을 감소시키고, 구동축과 노면에서 발생되는 주행 충격이, 변속기로 전달되는 것을 방지하여 승차감을 향상시키기 위하여; 상기 트랜스퍼 아이들 기어와 치합되는 트랜스퍼 드리븐 기어와 트랜스퍼 샤프트의 일측을 상호 결합시키며, 변속기와 구동축 사이로 상로 전달되는 충격을 흡수하는 제1충격 흡수수단과; 상기 제1충격 흡수수단이 제공되는 반대측 트랜스퍼 샤프트의 일측과 디프렌셜로 구동력을 전달시키는 디프렌셜 드라이브 기어를 상호 결합시키며, 변속기와 구동축 사이로 상호 전달되는 충격을 흡수하는 제2충격 흡수수단을 포함하는 자동변속기용 트랜스퍼 샤프트.

제1도는 본 발명에 관련하는 자동변속기용 트랜스퍼 샤프트의 단면도, 제2도는 종래기술에 관련하는 자동변속기용 트랜스퍼 샤프트의 단면도이다.

Claims (5)

  1. 자동변속기에서 변속된 구동력을 출력시키는 트랜스퍼 아이들 기어와, 이 구동력을 구동축으로 전달하는 디프렌셜 드리븐 기어 사이에 제공되어 변속기의 출력을 구동측으로 전달시키는 자동변속기용 트랜스퍼 샤프트에 있어서, 상기 트랜스퍼 아이들 기어와 치합되는 트랜스퍼 드리븐 기어와 트랜스퍼 샤프트의 일측을 상호 결합시키며, 변속기와 구동축 사이로 상로 전달되는 충격을 흡수하는 제1충격 흡수수단과; 상기 제1충격 흡수수단이 제공되는 반대측 트랜스퍼 샤프트의 일측과 디프렌셜로 구동력을 전달시키는 디프렌셜 드라이브 기어를 상호 결합시키며, 변속기와 구동축 사이로 상호 전달되는 충격을 흡수하는 제2충격 흡수수단을 포함하는 자동변속기용 트랜스퍼 샤프트.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1충격 흡수수단은 트랜스퍼 드리븐 기어의 허브에서 돌출·형성된 내측부재와, 트랜스퍼 샤프트의 일단에 내측으로 형성된 결합홈이 상호 결합되어 내측부재의 외주면과 결합홈의 내주면이 형성하는 간극과; 상기 간극에 내장되고, 그 일단은 내측부재에 고정되고, 다른 일단은 트랜스퍼 샤프트의 결합홈에 고정되어 트랜스퍼 드리븐 기어로 전달되는 구동력을 트랜스퍼 샤프트로 전달되게 하는 비틀림 부재를 포함하는 자동변속기용트랜스퍼 샤프트.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 비틀림 부재는 회전 충격을 흡수하는 토오션 스프링을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 자동변속기용 트랜스퍼 샤프트.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2충격 흡수수단은 디프렌셜 드라이브 기어의 허브에서 돌출·형성된 내측 스플라인과; 상기 내측 스플라인과 일정한 회전 유격을 형성하면서 스플라인 결합되며, 트랜스퍼 샤프트의 일단 내측에 형성된 외측 스플라인과; 상기 내·외측 스플라인이 결합되어 형성되는 오일 챔버와; 상기 오일 챔버에 변속기로부터 입력 토오크에 비례하는 유압을 변속기 케이스에 형성된 오일 통로로부터 공급하도록 트랜스퍼 샤프트에 형성된 오일홀을 포함하는 자동변속기용 트랜스퍼 샤프트.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 오일 챔버를 형성하는 내·외측 스플라인에는 변속기와 구동축 간에 전달되는 충격량에 따라 오일 홀로 공급되는 오일의 양을 조절하여 충격 흡수량을 조절하는 오리피스를 형성하는 자동변속기용 트랜스퍼 샤프트.
