Claims (1)

  1. 소정의 기준 전압과 부하로의 출력 전압을 비교하는 오차 증폭기와, 이 오차 증폭기의 출력 신호와 기준 발진기의 출력 신호를 비교하는 RWM비교기와, 이 PWM비교기의 출력신호에 의해 온, 오프하는 스위칭 수단과, 이 스위칭 수단의 온, 오프에 의해, 입력된 전원 입력을 축적하여, 또한 상기한 부하로 공급하는 에너지 축적수단으로 구성이 되는 폐루프를 구비하여, 상기 한 에너지 축적 수단의 전류값에 의해 단속 모드 또는 연속 모드로 동작하는 스위칭, 레귤리터에 있어서, 상기 스위칭 수단의 출력 신호와 소정 제1의 임계값을 비교하여, 이 비교결과와 상기 PWM비교기의 출력 신호와의 일치 또는 불일치를 검출하여, 이 검출 결과를 평균화하는 듀티 검출수단과, 이 듀티 검출 수단의 출력 신호를 소정 제2의 임계값을 비교하여, 이 비교의 결과로부터 단속모드인가 연속 모드인가의 동작 모드를 도시하는 신호를 출력하는 레벨, 비교기를 설치하고, 상기한 오차 증폭기는 상기 동작 모드를 도시하는 신호에 의해 귀환율을 선택하는 이득 절환 스위치 및 상기한 귀환율에 의거한 제3의 임계값과 상기 부하로의 출력 전압과의 대소를 비교하여, 그 결과를 상기한 PWM비교기 및 상기 이득 절환 스위치로 출력하는 차동 증폭기를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스위칭, 레규레이터.
