Claims (11)
- 발진기에서 발진 전류를 제어하는 회로에 있어서, 상기 발진기의 발진 전류 상태를 나타내는 감지 전압 레벨과 제1기준 전압을 비교하는 비교기와, 상기 감지 전압과의 비교를 위한 상기 제1기준 전압을 제공하는 수단을 구비하며, 위상 노이즈를 최소화하고 그리고 상기 발진기의 파워를 사실상 레벨링하기 위해 발진기의 전류가 최적 레벨에 유지되도록 상기 발진기에 결합되는 출력을 제공하는 발진 전류 제어 회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 감진 전압이 DC전압인 발진 전류 제어 회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 발진기와 상기 비교기 사이에 배치되며, 상기 감지 전압 AC 성분을 필터링하는 저역 통과 필터를 추가로 구비하는 발진 전류 제어 회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 발진기와 바이폴라 발진 트랜지스터를 구비하는 발진 전류 제어 회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 발진 트랜지스터가 전계 효과 발진 트랜지스터를 구비하는 발진 전류 제어 회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 발진기가 발진하는 주파수를 제어하는데 이용되는 제어 전압이 상기 발진기의 노이즈 레벨을 최소로 유지시켜줌의 결과로 인한 상기 발진의 등가 포지티브 저항에서의 임의의 변화를 보상하도록 선택되는 제2기준 전압보다 클때 상기 제1기준 전압을 감소시키는 수단을 추가로 구비하는 발진 잔류 제어 회로.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 제1기준 전압을 감소시키는 수단이 상기 제2기준 전압과 상기 제어 전압을 비교하며 상기 제1기준 전압을 제공하는 상기 수단에 결합되는 비교기 수단을 구비하는 발진 전류 제어 회로.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 감지 전압이 상기 발진 트랜지스터의 에미터에 결합된 노드에서 감지되는 발진 전류 제어 회로.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 감지 전압이 상기 발진 트랜지스터의 콜렉터에 결합된 노드에서 감지되는 발진 전류 제어 회로.
- 제4항에 있어서, 제1 및 제2단자를 갖는 무선 주파수 쵸크를 추가로 구비하여, 상기 제1단자가 상기 발진 트랜지스터의 에미터에 결합되고, 상기 감지 전압이 상기 제2단자에 결합된 노드에서 감지되도록 된 발진전류 제어 회로.
- 발진기의 발진 전류 제어 방법에 있어서, 상기 발진기의 발진 전류 상태를 나타내는 감지 전압 레벨을 상기 발진기에서 감지하고, 상기 감지 전압 레벨과 기준 전압 레벨을 비교하여 상기 감지 전압 레벨과 상기 기준 전압 레벨간이 차에 비례하는 차전압이 구해지도록 하고, 자체의 바이어스를 제어하는 상기 발진기의 한 포인트에 상기 차전압을 인가하여, 상기 발진기에서의 노이즈 레벨이 최소 레벨로 유지되도록 함과 아울러 상기 발진기의 파워 출력이사실상 일정한 레벨로 유지되도록 하는 발진 전류 제어 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
