Abstract
다중범위 저이득 전압제어 발진기는 온도에 거의 영향을 받지않는 발진신호를 발생시킨다. 각각의 저이득범위는 발진신호를 발생시키도록 가변저항을 사용함으로써 형성된다. 발진신호는 가변저항을 통해 고정전류를 발생시키는 온도에 거의 영향을 받지않는 일정한 전류원 및 온도가 각각 상승 및 강하함에 따라 발진회로에 부가전류를 싱크 및 발생시키는 온도변화전류를 사용함으로써 온도에 거의 영향을 받지않게 된다.

Claims (1)
- 주위온도의 변화에 영향을 받지않는 출력신호를 발생시키는 전압제어 발진기에 있어서, 링(ring) 구성에서 직렬로 접속되어 있으므로써, 직렬을 이루는 바로 전 인버터 요소에 의해 제공된 발진신호에 응답하여 각각이 발진신호를 발생시키는 복수개의 인버터 요소로서, 각각의 인버터 요소가 또한 제1기준전압, 복수개의 델타온도 전류로 부터 제공되는 델타온도전류, 제1바이어스 전압, 및 제2바이어스 전압에 응답하며, 각각의 인버터 요소에 의해 제공된 발진신호의 주파수는 인버터 요소에 제공된 루프필터 전압에 응답하여 변화하는 복수개의 인버터 요소, 온도에 무관한 밴드갭 전압에 응답하여 제1기준전압 및 제2기준전압을 발생시키는 전압변환수단, 복수개의 범위선택신호 중 하나, 제1기준전압, 및 복수개의 델타온도 전류중 하나에 응답하여 제1바이어스 전압 및 제2바이어스 전압을 발생시키는 전압 발생 수단, 및 제2기준전압에 응답하여 복수개의 델타온도전류를 발생 및 싱크시키는 온도보상수단을 포함하는 전압제어발진기.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
