Abstract

본 발명의 목적은 Q치가 높은 안정한 발진이 얻어지는 링발진기 및 전압제어발진기를 실현하는데 있다.
그 구성은 각 게인스테이지(STG)간을 저항소자(R)와 커패시터(C)를 직렬로 접속하여 이루는 로패스필터로 접속한 링발진기에 각 로패스필터의 캐패시터(C)에 대하여 병렬로 트랜지스터로 이루는 트랜스콘덕턴스회로를 설치하고, 위상이 θ다른 신호전압에 비례한 전류를 흐르게 함으로써 로패스필터를 밴드패스필터로서 동작시킨다. 이것에 의해 Q치가 놓은 안정한 발진이 얻어진다.

제1도는 본 발명에 관계되는 링발진기의 제1실시예를 나타내는 회로도이다. 제2도는 본 발명에 관계되는 밴드패스필터의 원리를 설명하기 위한 도면이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 복수개의 게인스테이지가 저항소자를 거쳐 링형으로 접속되고, 각 게인스테이지의 입력과 기준전위와의 사이에는 용량소자와 트랜스콘덕턴스가 병렬로 접속되도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 링발진기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 게인스테이지의 입력에서 기준전위에 대하여 그 입력과는 고정된 위상의 다른전류를 트랜스콘덕턴스를 거쳐 흐르게 하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 링발진기.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 트랜스콘덕턴스의 전입력단자에는 링중의 다른 게이스테이지의 입력전압이 인가되도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 링발진기.
  4. 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 링발진기의 저항소자, 용량소자 및 트랜스덕턴스로 되는 밴드패스필터의 중심주파수를 변화시키도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전압제어 발진기.
