Abstract
본 발명의 목적은 Q치가 높은 안정한 발진이 얻어지는 링발진기 및 전압제어발진기를 실현하는데 있다.
그 구성은 각 게인스테이지(STG)간을 저항소자(R)와 커패시터(C)를 직렬로 접속하여 이루는 로패스필터로 접속한 링발진기에 각 로패스필터의 캐패시터(C)에 대하여 병렬로 트랜지스터로 이루는 트랜스콘덕턴스회로를 설치하고, 위상이 θ다른 신호전압에 비례한 전류를 흐르게 함으로써 로패스필터를 밴드패스필터로서 동작시킨다. 이것에 의해 Q치가 놓은 안정한 발진이 얻어진다.

제1도는 본 발명에 관계되는 링발진기의 제1실시예를 나타내는 회로도이다. 제2도는 본 발명에 관계되는 밴드패스필터의 원리를 설명하기 위한 도면이다.
Claims (4)
- 복수개의 게인스테이지가 저항소자를 거쳐 링형으로 접속되고, 각 게인스테이지의 입력과 기준전위와의 사이에는 용량소자와 트랜스콘덕턴스가 병렬로 접속되도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 링발진기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 게인스테이지의 입력에서 기준전위에 대하여 그 입력과는 고정된 위상의 다른전류를 트랜스콘덕턴스를 거쳐 흐르게 하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 링발진기.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 트랜스콘덕턴스의 전입력단자에는 링중의 다른 게이스테이지의 입력전압이 인가되도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 링발진기.
- 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 링발진기의 저항소자, 용량소자 및 트랜스덕턴스로 되는 밴드패스필터의 중심주파수를 변화시키도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전압제어 발진기.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
