Abstract

동조제어전압의 발생에 복잡한 구성의 보정회로나 전환회로를 사용하지 않고, 발진주파수 대역의 전환시에 선택주파수에 관계없이 주파수차를 대략 동등하게 한 전압제어 가변동조회로(1)를 제공한다.
직렬로 접속된 인덕터(10,11)와, 인덕터(10,11)에 병렬 접속된 전압제어 가변용량수단(7)과, 인덕터(11)에 병렬 접속된 스위치 수단(13)과, 인덕터(10)에 병렬 접속된 용량수단(9)에 의해 동조회로가 구성되고, 인덕터(10)와 용량수단(9)의 공진회로의 공진주파수가 동조회로(1)의 공진주파수보다 높게 설정된다. 동조회로(1)의 주파수 가변비는, 스위치수단(13)을 오프로 하여 동조회로(1)를 저역측 주파수 대역으로 전환한 경우에 크고, 스위치수단(13)을 온으로 하여 고역측 주파수 대역으로 전환한 경우에 작아, 용량소자(9)의 캐패시턴스의 적정 선택에 의해, 저역측 주파수 대역의 주파수 가변폭을 고역측 주파수 대역의 주파수 가변폭과 대략 동등하게 할 수 있다.

Claims (2)

  1. 직렬로 접속된 제 1 및 제 2인덕터와, 상기 제 1 및 제 2인덕터에 병렬 접속된 전압제어 가변용량수단과, 상기 제 2인덕터에 병렬 접속된 대역전환용 스위치수단과, 상기 제 1인덕터에 병렬 접속된 제 1용량수단에 의해 동조회로가 구성되고, 상기 제 1인덕터와 상기 제 1용량수단으로 이루어지는 공진회로의 공진주파수가 상기 동조회로의 공진주파수보다 높아지도록 설정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전압제어 가변동조회로.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 및 제 2인덕터는 마이크로스트립 선로이고, 상기 전압제어 가변용량수단은 가변용량 다이오드이며, 상기 대역전환용 스위치수단은 스위칭 다이오드인 것을 특징으로 하는 전압제어 가변동조회로.
