Claims (3)

  1. 가변 전하 펌핑 DC/DC 변환기(20)에 있어서, 복수의 캐페시턴스(32,33); 출력 단자(38), 기준단자(39) 및 제어단자(37)를 갖는 가변 전류원(38,21,22); 제1모드에서 상기 가변 전류원의 출력단자(38) 및 기준 단자(39)간에 병렬로 복수의 캐페시턴스(32,33)각각을 접속하고 제2동작 모드에서 출력 전압을 출력 전압 단자(40)에 공급하기 위하여 직렬로 모든 복수의 캐페시턴스(32,33)를 접속하는 스위칭 장치(23내지 31); 제1 및 제2모드간에서 상기 스위칭 장치를 교번시키기 위한 스위칭 장치에 접속되는 타이밍 장치(50) 및 제2동작 모드에서 출력전압값을 감지하기 위하여 상기 가변 전류원의 출력 전압 단자(40)및 제어단자(37)에 연결되고 출력 전압의 진폭이 상기 소정 전압에 남아 있도록 상기 가변 전류원을 제어하는 감지장치(55)를 구비하는 가변 전하 펌핑 DC/DC변환기.
  2. 복수의 캐페시턴스(32,33), 출력단자 및 기준 단자(39)를 갖는 전원(38,21,22) 및 제1모드에서 상기 전원의 출력단자(38) 및 기준 단자(39)간에 병렬로 복수의 캐페시턴스(32,33) 각각을 접속하고 제2동작 모드에서 출력파워를 공급하기 위하여 직렬로 복수의 캐페시턴스(32,33)모드를 연결하는 스위치(23내지 31)를 포함하는 가변전하 펌핑DC/DC변환기(20)와 관련하여 출력 파워를 변화시키는 방법에 있어서, 제1및 제2모드에서 동작 시간 길이를 실제 일정하게 유지시키며; 출력 파워값을 감지하고 감지된 출력 파워의 값에 따라서 제1모드에서 복수의 캐페시턴스에 인가되는 전류량을 제어하는 단계를 구비하는 출력 파워를 변화시키는 방법.
  3. 복수의 캐페시턴스(32,33), 출력단자(38)와 기준단자(39)를 갖는 전원(38,21,22)및 제1모드에서 상기 전원의 출력단자(38)및 기준단자(39)간에 병렬로 복수의 캐페시턴스(32,33) 각각을 접속하고 제2동작 모드에서 출력파워를 공극합기 위하여 직렬로 복수의 캐페시턴스(32,33)의 모두를 연결하는 스위치(23내지 31)을 포함하는 전하 펌핑 DC/DC변환기(20)와 관계하여 출력 파워를 변환시키는 방법에 있어서, 제1및 제2모드에서 동작시간 길이를 거의 일정하게 유지시키며; 출력값을 감지하고 감지된 출력 파워값에 따라 제1모드에서 복수의 캐페시턴스에 인가되는 전류양을 제어하기 위하여 전원을 스위치에 절단 및 접속시키는 단계를 구비하는 출력 파워를 변화시키는 방법.
