Abstract

<목적> 비절연형인 자려식 DC-DC 콘버터에서, 쵸크 코일에 귀환 권선이 없는 단권 코일을 사용할 수 있도록 하는 것이다.
<구성> PNP형의 제1스위칭 트랜지스터(Q1) 및 그와 동극의 제2스위칭 트랜지스터(Q2) 각각의 에이터를 접속하고, 제1스위칭 트랜지스터(Q1)의 베이스와 제2스위칭 트랜지스터(Q2)의 콜렉터를 접속하고, 제2스위칭 트랜지스터(Q2)의 베이스를 저항(R2)를 거쳐서 제1스위칭 트랜지스터(Q1)의 베이스와 접속하고, 제1스위칭 트랜지스터(Q1)의 콜렉터와 제2스위칭 트랜지스터(Q2)의 베이스간에 귀환 회로(4)를 접속한다.
<효과> 쵸크 코일에 귀환 권선을 필요로 하지 않으므로, DC-DC 콘버터의 비용절감, 소형화가 도모된다. 또 쵸크 코일에 흐르는 전류가 용이하게 설정되므로 회로 설계가 간단하게 된다.

본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명의 자려식 DC-DC 콘버터의 일실시예를 도시하는 회로도, 제3도는 기본적인 귀환 회로의 구성예를 도시한 도면, 제4도는 귀환 회로의 다른 구성예를 도시한 도면.

Claims (5)

  1. 제1스위칭 소자에 의해 입력된 직류 전압을 온, 오프하고, 상기 제1스위칭 소자의 전류 출력 단자측에 접속한 다이오드, 쵸크 코일, 평활 콘덴서로 이루어진 평활 회로를 거쳐서 안정화된 직류 출력 전압을 부하로 공급하는 비절연형의 자려식 DC-DC콘버터에 있어서, 상기 제1스위칭 소자 및 그와 동일한 접합형의 제2스위칭 소자 각각의 전류 입력 단자를 접속하고, 상기 제1스위칭 소자의 제어 단자와 상기 제2스위칭 소자의 전류 출력 단자를 접속하고 상기 제1스위칭 소자의 제어 단자와 접지간에 제1의 저항을 접속하고, 상기 제2스위칭 소자의 제어 단자를 제2의 저항을 거쳐서 상기 제1스위칭 소자의 제어단자와 접속하고, 상기 제1스위칭 소자의 전류 출력 단자와 상기 제2스위칭 소자의 제어 단자간에 귀환 회로를 접속하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자려식 DC-DC 콘버터.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 출력 전압을 안정화하기 위한 제어 회로를 더 구비하여, 상기 출력단을 상기 귀환 회로를 거쳐서 상기 제2스위칭 소자의 제어 단자와 접속하므로써 출력 전압에 따라서 상기 제2스위칭 소자의 제어 전류를 제어하고, 상기 제1스위칭 소자의 오프 시간을 변화시키고, 출력전압을 일정하게 유지시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 자려식 DC-DC 콘버터.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 출력 전압을 안정화하기 위한 제어 회로를 더 구비하여, 상기 출력단을 제2스위칭 소자의 제어 단자에 접속하므로서 출려 전압에 따라서 상기 제2스위칭 소자의 전류를 제어하고, 상기 제1스위칭 소자의 오프 시간을 변화시키고, 출력 전압을 일정하게 유지시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 자려식 DC-DC 콘버터.
  4. 제1,2 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 귀환 회로는 저항과 콘덴서의 직렬 회로로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 자려식 DC-DC 콘버터.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 귀환 회로의 콘덴서를 상기 제1스위칭 소자의 전류 출력 단자측에 접속하고, 또한 상기 귀환 회로의 저항에 대해서 병렬로 상기 제2스위칭 소자의 동작 속도 향상용의 회로를 접속한 귀환 회로인 것을 특징으로 하는 자려식 DC-DC 콘버터.
