Claims (5)
- 전원 전압의 변동에 따라서 참조 전압을 공급하는 참조 전압 공급수단(20)과, 상기 참조 전압 공급 수단이 공급하는 참조 전압에 따른 참조전류를 공급하는 참조 전류 공급 수단(21)과, 전원 전압의 변동에 따른 제어 전류를 공급하는 제어 전류 공급 수단(22)과, 상기 참조 전류 공급수단이 공급하는 참조 전류와 상기 제어 전류 공급수단이 공급하는 제어 전류의 차에 따른 바이어스를 상기 전류 공급수단이 공급하는 제어 전류의 차에 다른 바이어스를 상기 전류 공급 수단에 공급하고, 상기 전원 전압의 변동에 대한 보상을 행하는 바이어스 공급 수단(23)으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 참조 전류 발생회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 참조 전압 공급 수단은 적어도 하나의 저항으로 이루어지는 분압 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 참조 전류 발생회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 참조 전류 수단은 차동 회로 수단과, 싱글엔드 푸쉬풀 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 참조 전류 발생 회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제어전류 공급 수단은 적어도 하나의 저항 또는 가변 저항으로 이루어지는 임피던스와, 이 임피던스에 전원 전압에 다른 전압을 주는 전압 공급 수단과, 상기 임피던스에 의한 전류를 출력하는 전류출력 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 참조 전류 발생회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 바이어스 공급 수단은 참조 전류와 제어 전류의 차를 증폭하는 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 참조 전류 발생 회로.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
