Claims (2)

  1. 전원 전위(VDD)에 접속되어 제1입력 신호에 대응해서 상기 전원 전위를 출력하는 제1소자(102'), 접지 전위(VSS)에 접속되어 제2입력 신호에 대응해서 상기 접지 전위를 출력하는 제2소자(103'), 콜렉터가 상기 전원 전위에 접속되고, 에미터가 출력단자(106)에 접속되며 베이스가 상기 제1소자에 접속되는 바이폴라 트랜지스터(105), 및 캐소드가 상기 제2소자가 접속되고 캐소드가 상기 바이폴라 트랜지스터의 베이스에 접속되는 다이오드(107)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 저 잡음형 출력 버퍼 회로.
  2. 전원 전위(VDD)에 접속되어 제1입력 신호에 대응해서 상기 전원 전위를 출력하는 제1소자(102), 제2입력신호에 대응해서 접지 전위(VSS)를 출력하는 제2소자(103), 콜렉터가 상기 전원 전위에 접속되고, 에미터가 출력 단자(106)에 접속되며 베이스가 제1 및 제2소자에 접속되는 바이폴라 트랜지스터(105), 및 캐소드가 상기 접지 전위에 접속되고 애노드가 상기 제2소자에 접속되는 다이오드(107)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 저 잡음형 출력 버퍼 회로.
