Claims (1)

  1. 신호가 베이스로 입력되는 동시에 켈렉터가 고전위점에 접속되는 제1의 트랜지스터와, 이 제1의 트랜지스터의 이미터에 베이스가 접속되며 이미터가 저전위점에 접속된 제2의 트랜지스터와, 전기 제1의 트랜지스터의 컬렉터에 베이스가 접속되며 컬랙터가 고전위점에 접속된 제3의 트랜지스터와, 이 제3의 트랜지스터의 이미터에 베이스가 접속되며 이미터가 저전위점에 접속되고 컬렉터로부터 본반도체집적 회로장치의 출력신호가 인출되는 제4의 트랜지스터와, 이 제4의 트랜지스터의 베이스에 양극이 접속되고 음극이 전기 제2의 트랜지스터의 컬렉터에 접속된 쇼트키 다이오드를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 집적회로장치.
