Claims (1)

  1. 어육 60%와 전분 및 소맥분 30-35%, 식염 2-3%, 유화제 1%, 면류 첨가 알카리제 0.1%, 난맥 5%, 조미료 0.5-0.9%의 혼합기에 혼합하면서 배합수를 전체 고형량의 20-30%넣고 20분간 혼합한 다음 성형기에서 시트상으로 압출성형하여 배소 처리한후 건조시켜 90℃-110℃의 순식물성 기름에 30-60초간 후라잉하고 탄유공정을 거쳐서 냉각한 다음 절단하여 일정한 용기에 넣어 스프와 함께 포장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생선살 라면의 제조방법.
