제1도는 본원 발명의 제어장치를 적용한 일예로서의 가공유니트의 종단면도,제2도는 본원 발명의 바람직한 실시예를 따른 제어장치의 기능 블록도,제3도는 마이크로콤퓨터에 의한 데이터처리의 양태를 나타낸 설명도.
Claims (1)
- 주축의 선단에 설치된 공구가 주축의 중심축에서 회전하며,주축의 중심축에 따라 길이방향을 이동하도록 제어되며,상기 공구가 회전하도록 주축서보모터를 구동하는 주축의 전류지령과,상기 공구가 길이방향으로 이송되도록 이송축 서보모터를 구동하는 이송축의 전류지령을 출력하는 마이크로콤퓨터에 의해 제어되고,상기 마이크로콤퓨터는 상기 주축서보모터의 제1의 위치를 검출하고,상기 제1의 위치와 주축의 지령과의 제1의 위치차를 측정하고,상기 제1의 위치차에 따라서 상기 주축서보모터에 대한 주축의 속도지령을 출력하는 주축위치제어수단과,상기 주축서보모터의 제1의 회전속도를 검출하고,상기 제1의 회전속도와 상기 주축의 속도지령과의 제1의 속도차를 측정하고,상기 제1의 속도차에 따라서 상기 주축의 전류지령을 출력사는 주축속도제어수단과,상기 이송축 서보모터의 제2의 위치를 검출하고,상기 제2의 위치와 선택된 이송축의 지령과의 제2의 위치차를 측정하고,상기 제2의 위치차에 따라서 상기 이송축 서보모터에 대한 이송축의 속도지령을 출력하는 이송축 위치제어수단과.상기 이송축 서보모터의 제2의 회전속도를 검출하고,상기 제2의 회전속도와 상기 이송축의 속도지령과의 제2의 속도차를 측정하고,상기 제2의 속도차에 따라서 상기 이송축의 전류지령을 출력하는 이송축 속도제어수단으로 이루어지는 가공유니트 제어장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
