제1도는 말레산 및 아크릴산의 단량체 유니트로부터 합성된 공중합체의 분자량 vs. 단량체 총중량을 기준으로 한 말레산 wt%의 그래프이다. 본 그래프는 두가지의 플롯을 포함하는데, 하나는 구리없이 행한 공중합체 합성의 결과이고, 다른 하나는 중합조절제로서 구리를 사용한 공중합체 합성의 결과이다.
Claims (19)
- 모노에틸렌계 불포화 디카르복시산, 모노에틸렌계 불포화 모노카르복시산, 및 카르복시기가 없는 모노에틸렌계 불포화 단량체들로 된 단량체 유니트로부터 유도되며, 중량 평균 분자량이 25,000이하이고, 공중합체의 모노에틸렌계 불포화 티카르복시산 함량이 단량체 유니트 총량을 기준으로 25wt%인 수용성 저분자량 공중합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 모노에틸렌계 불포화 디카르복시산이 말레산이고 상기 모노에틸렌계 불포화 모노카르복시산이 아크릴산인 것을 특징으로 하는 공중합체.
- 음이온성세제, 비이온성 세제, 즈비터이온성 세제, 양쪽성세제 및 그 혼합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 세제 화합물; 카르복시메틸옥시숙신산과 옥시디아세트산의 알칼리금속염류, 피로인산사나트륨, 피로인산사칼륨, 트리폴리인산오나트륨, 트리폴리인산오칼륨, 에테르 폴리카르복실레이트, 시트레이트, 폴리카르복실레이트로부터 유도된 전분 또는 셀룰로우즈, 및 폴리아크릴산으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 증진제; 보조제; 및 35wt%이하의 청구범위 1항의 공중합체 구성되는 세제 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제1항의 공중합체의 수준이 0.1-20wt%인 것을 특징으로 하는 세제 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제1항의 공중합체의 수준이 0.5-5.0wt%인 것을 특징으로 하는 세제 조성물.
- 수용성 중합 개시제, 구리염 중합조절제 및 중화제 존재하고 온에서, 단량체 총량을 기준으로 3-25wt%의 단량체 분자당 4-6개의 탄소 원자를 함유하는 하나 이상의 모노에틸렌계 불포화 디카르복시산 및, 단량체 총량을 기준으로 75-97wt%의, 단량체 분자당 3-6개의 탄소원자를 함유하는 모노에틸렌계 불포화 모노카르복시산 및 카르복시기가 없는 모노에틸렌계 불포화단량체들로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 공단량체를 중합시키고, 중합완료 후 공중합체를 회수함을 특징으로 하는 수용성 공중합체의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 방법이 최초에 모노에틸렌계 불포화 디카르복시산이 반응조에 채워지고 구리염 중합조절제는 이 최초 장입물내에 함유되며, 모노에틸렌계 불포화 모노카르복시산, 카르복시기가 없는 모노에틸렌계 불포화 단량체들, 수용성 개시제 및 중화제는 각각의 용액으로 또는 혼합용액으로 1-6시간에 걸쳐 반응조에 첨가되는 배치공정; 및 최초에 물이 반응조에 채워지고 구리염 중합 조절제는 이 최초 장입물내에 포함될 수 있으며, 상기 단량체들, 중합개시제 및 중화제는 별도의 스트림들로서 또는 혼합물로서 중합 반응조에 균일한 속도로 서서히 첨가되는 공동공급 공정으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 공정으로 행하여짐을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 구리염이 중합 단량체들 총중량 기준으로 1-200ppm의 양으로 존재함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 모노에틸렌계 불포화 디카르복시산의 농도가 단량체들 총량을 기준으로 5-23wt% 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 모노에틸렌계 불포화 디카르복시간이 말레산, 이타콘산, 메사콘산, 푸마르산, 시트라콘산, 그들의 염, 그들의 무수물 및 금 혼합물들로 구성된 군으로 부터 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 모노에틸렌계 불포화 디카르복시산이 말레산, 그 염 및 그 무수물인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 중합이 20-80%의 고체함량 수준에서 행하여 짐을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 중합이 30-65%의 고체함량 수준에서 행하여 짐을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 모노에틸렌계 불포화 모노카르복시산이 아크릴산, 메타크릴산, 비닐아세트산, 크로톤산 및 아크릴 옥시프로피온산으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 모노에틸렌계 불포화 모노카르복시산이 아클릴산인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 카르복시기가 없는 모노에틸렌계 불포화 단량체가 메틸 아크릴레이트, 에티 아크릴레이트, 부틸아크릴레이트, 메틸 메타크릴레이트, 에틸 메타크릴레이트, 부틸 메타크릴레이트 및 이소부틸 메타크릴레이트와 같은 아크릴산 또는 메타크릴산의 알킬 에스테르, 히드록시에틸 아크릴레이트, 히드록시프로필 아크릴레이트, 히드록시에틸 메타크릴레이트 및 히드록시프로필 메타크릴레이트와 같은 아크릴산 또는 메타크릴산의 히드록시알킬에스테르, 아크릴아미드, 메타크릴아미드, N-tert-부틸 아크릴아미드, N-메틸 아크릴 아미드, N, N-디메틸아크릴아미드, 아크릴로니트릴, 메타크릴로니트릴, 알릴 알코올, 알릴 술폰산, 알킬 포스폰산, 비닐포스폰산, 디메틸아미노에틸 메타크릴레이트, 포스포에틸 메타크릴레이트, N-비닐 피롤리돈, N-비닐 포름아미드, N-비닐이미다졸, 에틸렌 글리콜 디아크릴레이트, 트리메틸올프로판 트리아크릴레이트, 디알릴 프탈레이트, 비닐 아세테이트, 스티렌, 비닐 술폰산과 그 염, 및 2-아크릴아미도-2-메틸프로판 술폰산(AMPS)과 그 염으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 개시제가 과산화수소, t-부틸 과산화수소, 과황산나트륨, 과황산 칼륨, 과황산암모늄, 과인산나트륨, 과인산암모늄, 과인산칼륨 및 2, 2-아조비스(시아노발레르산)으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되며, 그 농도 범위는 단량체들 총중량 기준으로 0.5-20wt%인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 개시제 농도 범위가 단량체들 총중량 기준으로 1-10wt%인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 단량체 혼합물의 산함향을 기준으로 30-80 당량퍼센트의 염기를 첨가함에 의하여 중합 pH를 4-6의 범위내에서 유지시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
