Claims (6)
- 아크릴아마이드와 아크릴산을 공중합 시켜 생성된 폴리아크릴아마이드 공중합체에 있어서, 상기 폴리아크릴아마이드 공중합체 내에 존재하는 아크릴아마이드, 아크릴산, 그리고 개시제인 과유산칼륨을 각각 공중합체 1g에 대해 0.45 ppm, 0.25 ppm, 그리고 0.25 ppm 이하가 포함되도록 제거한 폴리아크릴아마이드 공중합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리아크릴아마이드 공중합체가 수용액 또는 겔 그리고 분말 형태인 폴리아크릴아마이드 공중합체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 아크릴아마이드와 아크릴산 중량비를 1~15 : 0.0001~0.4 하여 공중합한 폴리아크릴아마이드.
- 제3항에 있어서, 물과 메탄올의 혼합용매의 중량비는 40~70 : 5~20로 이 혼합용매 존재하에 아크릴아마이드와 아크릴산을 용액 공중합한 폴리아크릴아마이드.
- 아크릴아마이드와 아크릴산을 물과 메탄올의 혼합용을 용매로 하여 공중합하여 용액 중에 존재하는 잔류 단량체와 개시제를 N-Methyl-2- Pyrrolidone에 분산 석출 하여 잔류 단량체와 잔류 개시제를 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항의 폴리아크릴아마이드의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 제조된 폴리아크릴아마이드 공중합체를 N-Methyl-2- Pyrrolidone에 분산 석출하여 잔류 단량체와 잔류 개시제를 제거하고 분말로 하는 공정을 1회 이상 포함하는 폴리아크릴아마이드 공중합체의 제조방법.
