Claims (8)
- 이차 전이온도(Tg) 10∼80℃를 가지며, (a) 하기식 (Ⅰ)의 화합물 70∼99중량%, (b) N-메틸올(메트)아크릴아미드 1∼10중량%, (c) 분자중에 카르복시기를 갖는 에틸렌성 화합물 (화합(a) 제외) 0∼5중량%, 및 (d)화합물 (a)∼(c)와 공중합가능한 기타 화합물 0∼29중량% ((a)∼(d)의 총량은 100중량%임)을 공중합함으써 수득되는 공중합체 (A); 및 분자량 5,000이상을 가지며, (e) 하기식 (Ⅱ)의 화합물 30∼100중량%, (f)화합물 (e)와 공중합가능한 기타 화합물 0∼70중량% ((e) 및 (f)의 총량은 100중량%임)을 중합하거나 공중합함으로서 수득되는 중합체(B)를 95:5∼50:50중량비로 함유하는, 폴리에스테르 필름의 적어도 1면에 제공되는 정전기 방지성 용이 접착성층 및 폴리에스테르 필름을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 정전기 방지성 용이 접착성 필름.[상기식중, R1은 수소원자 또는 메틸기이고; R2은 -COOR3(식중, R3은 탄소수 1∼20의 직쇄 또는 측쇄알킬기이다).또는 -C≡N 이며 ; R4, R5및 R6은 각각 수소원자 또는 저급 알킬기이고; R7은 2가 유기기이며; X은 알칼리 금속 또는 -NH(R8)3(식중, R8은 수소원자 또는 저급 알킬기이다)이고; n은 0또는 1이다]
- 제1항에 있어서, 정전기 방지성 용이 접착성 층이 화합물 (a)75∼95중량%, N-메틸올(메트)아크릴아미드 (b)3∼6중량%, 에틸렌성 화합물 (c)0.5∼3중량% 및 화합물 (d)0∼29중량%을 공중합함으로써 수득되는 공중합체 (A), 및 화합물 (e)30∼80중량% 및 화합물 (f) 20∼70중량%을 공중합함으로서 수득되는 중합체 (B)를 90:10∼70:30 중량비로 함유하는 정전기 방지성 용이 접착성 필름.
- 제2항에 있어서, 중합체 (B)가 화합물 (e)50∼80중량% 및 화합물(f) 20∼50중량%을 공중합함으로써 수득되는 정전지방지성 용이 접착성 필름.
- 제2항에 있어서, 화합물(e)가 메탈릴술폰산 나트륨 또는 비닐술폰산 나트륨인 정전기 방지성 용이 접착성 필름.
- 제3항에 있어서, 화합물(e)가 메탈릴술폰산나트륨인 정전기 방지성 용이 접착성 필름.
- 이차 전이온도(Tg)10∼80℃를 가지며, (a) 하기식(Ⅰ)의 화합물 70∼99중량%, (b)N-메틸올(메트)아크릴아미드 1∼10중량5, (c)분자중에 카르복시기를 갖는 에틸렌성 화합물(화합물 (a)제외) 0∼5중량%, 및 (d)화합물 (a)∼(c)와 공중합 가능한 기타 화합물 0∼29중량% ((a)∼(d)의 총량은 100중량%임)을 공중합함으로써 수득되는 공중합체 (A); 및 분자량 5,000이상을 가지며, (e) 하기식 (Ⅱ)의 화합물 30∼100중량%, 및 (f)화합물 (e)와 공중합 가능한 기타 화합물 0∼70중량% ((e)및 (f)의 총량은 100중량%임)을 중합하거나 공중합함으로써 수득되는 중합체 (B)를 95:5∼50:50 중량비로 함유하는 수성 분산액을 배열화 및 결정화가 완결되지 않은 폴리에스테르 필름의 적어도 1면에 피복시킨후, 피복된 폴리에스테르 필름을 건조, 신장 및 열고정시켜서 결정화및 배열화를 완결시킴을 특징으로 하는 정전기 방지성 용이 접착성 필름의 제조방법.[상기식중, R1은 수소원자 또는 메틸기이고; R2은 -COOR3(식중, R3은 탄소수 1∼20의 직쇄 또는 측쇄 알킬기이다).또는 -C≡N 이며 ; R4, R5및 R6은 각각 수소원자 또는 저급 알킬기이고; R7은 2가 유기기이며; X은 알칼리 금속 또는 -NH(R2)3(식중, R6은 수소원자 또는 저급 알킬기이다)이고; n은 0 또는 1이다]
- 제6항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르 필름을 세로방향 신장시키고, 생성 폴리에스테르 필름을 공중합체 (A) 및 중합체 (B)를 함유하는 수성 분산액으로 피복시킨후, 피복된 폴리에스테르 필름을 건조, 가로방향 신장 및 열고정 시키는 방법.
- 제1항의 정전기 방지성 용이 접착성 필름, 자외선 경화 잉크로 이루어진 잉크충, 및 자기층(두층은 모두 필름상에 제공됨)을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 자기 카트.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
