Claims (29)

  1. 자기 코팅용 기판으로서 특히 바람직하게 사용될 수 있으며, 배향 폴리에스테르 필름의 적어도 한면이 상기 필름에 우수한 슬립성과 우수한 내마모성을 제공하는 코팅을 함유하는 배향폴리에스테르 필름으로 구성된 복합 폴리에스테르 필름에 있어서, 상기 배향 폴리에스테르 필름이 무기 입자를 함유하기 않고 평활한 면을 가지며, 상기 코팅이나 하나 이상의 방향족 디카르복실산과 하나 이상의 지방족 디올로부터 유도되고 하기 일반식(I)의 술포닐옥시기를 다수 함유하는 수-분산성 폴리에스테르 유효량의 존재하에서, 하나 이상의 아크릴 특성의 단량체를 수상 라디칼 중합시킴으로써 수득되는 변성 중합체로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 복합폴리에스테르 필름.

    〔상기식중, -n은 1 또는 2이고, -M은 수소원자, 알칼리 또는 알칼리 토금속, 암모늄 양이온 또는 4차 암모늄 양이온이다〕.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 배향 폴리에스테르 기판 필름의 조면도 Ra가 0.01㎛이하임을 특징으로 하는 복합 폴리에스테르 필름.
  3. 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 배향 폴리에스테르 기판 필름이 하나 이상의 방향족 디카르복실산 또는 에틸렌글리콜로부터 유도된 단위 80몰 이상을 함유하는 중합체로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 복합 폴리에스테르 필름.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 배향 폴리에스테르 기판 필름이 에틸렌글리콜 테레프탈레이트 또는 에틸렌글리콜 나프탈렌카르복실레이트 단위 80몰% 이상을 함유하는 중합체로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 복합 폴리에스테르 필름.
  5. 제1 내지 4항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 배향 폴리에스테르 기판 필름의 두께가 40㎛이하임을 특징으로 하는 복합 폴리에스테르 필름.
  6. 제1 내지 5항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 사용된 분산성 폴리에스테르가 2개중 하나가 분자내에 하나 이상의 술포닐옥시기를 함유하는, 2개 이상의 디카르복실산으로부터 유도된 단위 다수개 및 하나 이상의 지방족 디올로부터 유도된 단위 다수개를 함유하는 코폴리에스테르임을 특징으로 하는 복합 폴리에스테르 필름.
  7. 제1 내지 6항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 술포닐옥시기를 함유하는 디카르복실산으로부터 유도된 단위의 개수가 디카르복실산으로부터 유도된 단위 총 100개당 4~30개임을 특징으로 하는 복합 폴리에스테르 필름.
  8. 제1 내지 7항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 분산성 폴리에스테르가 테레프탈산, 이소프탈산 및 프탈산의 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 비술폰화 디카르복실산으로부터 유도된 단위를 다수 함유하는 코폴리에스테르 임을 특징으로 하는 복합 폴리에스테르 필름.
  9. 제1 내지 8항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 분산성 폴리에스테르가 테레- 및 이소프탈산으로 유도된 단위를 다수 함유하는 코폴리에스테르임을 특징으로 하는 복합 폴리에스테르 필름.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 분산성 폴리에스테르가, 테레프탈레이트 단위의 개수가 테레프탈레이트와 이소프탈레이트 단위의 전체 개수의 20~99%인 코폴리에스테르임을 특징으로 하는 복합 폴리에스테르 필름.
  11. 제1 내지 10항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 수-분산성 폴리에스테르가 5-술포이소프탈산으로부터 유도된 단위를 다수 함유함을 특징으로 하는 복합 폴리에스테르 필름.
  12. 제1 내지 11항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 분산성 폴리에스테르가 에틸렌글리콜 및 일반식이 OH-(CH2-CH2-O-)nH〔n은 2~10의 정수〕인 그의 올리고머의 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 지방족 디올로부터 유도된 단위를 다수 함유함을 특징으로 하는 복합 폴리에스테르 필름.
  13. 제1 내지 12항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 아크릴 특성의 단량체가 하기 일반식(II)에 상응함을 특징으로 하는 복합 폴리에스테르 필름.
    〔상기식중, -R은 수소원자, 또는 히드록실기 임의 치환된 저급 알킬기이고; -Y는 히드록실카르보닐 작용기, 일반식이 -COOR1(여기서, R1은 탄소수가 1~20이며, 히드록실 잔기로 임의 치환된 직쇄 또는 측쇄의 알킬 라디칼이다)인 알콕시카르보닐, 니트릴, 일반식이 -CON(R2R3)(여기서, R2및 R3는 동일 또는 상이하며, 수소원자 또는 탄소수가 1~20인 직쇄 또는 측쇄의 알킬 잔기이다)인 아미드이다〕.
  14. 제1 내지 13항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 아크릴 단량체가 메틸 아크릴레이트 및 메타크릴레이트, 에틸 아크릴레이트 및 메타크릴레이트, 아크릴 및 메타크릴산, 아크릴아미드 및 메타크릴아미드로 구성된 군으로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 복합 폴리에스테르 필름.
  15. 제1 내지 14항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 비아크릴성 에틸렌계 단량체 소량을 아크릴 단량체와 혼합함을 특징으로 하는 복합 포리에스테르 필름.
  16. 제1 내지 15항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 교차 결합 단량체를 일반식(II)의 아크릴 단량체와 혼합함을 특징으로 하는 복합 폴리에스테르 필름.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 교차 결합 단량체의 양이 일반식(II)의 아크릴 단량체의 5몰%이하임을 특징으로 하는 복합 폴리에스테르 필름.
  18. 제16항에 있어서, 교차결합 단량체가 폴리에틸렌계 단량체임을 특징으로 하는 복합 폴리에스테르 필름.
  19. 제16항에 있어서, 교차결합 단량체가 히드록시알킬(메트)아크릴아미드임을 특징으로 하는 복합 폴리에스테르 필름.
  20. 제1 내지 19항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 변성 중합체가 페놀-포름알데히드 수지 및 아민-포름알데히드 수지로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 외부 교차 결합제 0.1~15중량%를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 복합 폴리에스테르 필름.
  21. 제1 내지 20항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 변성 중합체의 아크릴부가 0~100℃의 유리 전이 온도를 나타냄을 특징으로 하는 복합 폴리에스테르 필름.
  22. 제1 내지 21항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 변성 중합체가 평균 직경 0.2㎛ 이하의 실질적으로 구형인 중합성 충전제를 8중량%이하 함유함을 특징으로 하는 복합 폴리에스테르 필름.
  23. 제1 내지 22항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 변성 중합체 코팅층의 두께가 0.5~1㎛ 임을 특징으로 하는 복합 폴리에스테르 필름.
  24. 배향 폴리에스테르 기판 필름의 적어도 한면을 변성 중합체의 수성 조성물로 피복함을 특징으로 하여, 제1 내지 23항중 어느 한항 기재의 복합 폴리에스테르 필름을 제조하는 방법.
  25. 제24항에 있어서, 변성 중합체가 수 분산액의 형태로 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 복합 필름의 제조 방법.
  26. 제24항에 있어서, 변성 중합체가 수 분산액의 변성 중합체중에 존재하는 유리 카르복실산기를 알칼리 염기를 사용하여 중화시켜서 수득된 수용액의 형태로 사용함을 특징으로 하는 복합 필름의 제조 방법.
  27. 제24항에 있어서, 배향 폴리에스테르 기판 필름의 코팅 공정의 기판 필름상에서 인발 공정전이나 2개의 인발 공정사이에 실시함을 특징으로 하는 복합 필름의 제조 방법.
  28. 배향 폴리에스테르 필름, 자기 코딩 및, 적어도 그의 한면상에 전체에 대해 우수한 슬립성과 우수한 내마모성을 부여하는 코팅을 함유하는 자기 기록재에 있어서, 상기 코팅이 하나 이상의 방향족 디카르복실산과 하나 이상의 지방족 디올로부터 유도 되며 하기 일반식(I)의 술포닐옥시기를 다수 함유하는 수-분산성 폴리에스테르 유효량의 존재하에서, 하나 이상의 아크릴 특성의 단량체를 수상 라디칼 중합시킴으로써 수득되는 변성 중합체로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 자기 기록재.

    〔상기식중, -n은 1 또는 2이고, -M은 수소원자, 알칼리 또는 알칼리 토금속, 암모늄 양이온 또는 4차 암모늄 양이온이다〕.
  29. 제26항에 있어서, 증발법 또는 이온 금속화법에 따라 부착된 자기층의 두께가 0.2mm 이하임을 특징으로 하는 자기 기록재.
