Claims (10)
10~100 마이크로톤의 질량-평균 지름 Dm, 및 입자의 Dm 대수-평균 지름 Dn의 비율이 3이하인 정도의 입자 크기 분포를 갖는 장구형 입자로 구성되고, -이 염화 마그네슘 80~99.9몰 % 및 불안정한 수소가 없는 하나 이상의 유기 전자-공여 화합물 D0.1~20 몰 %, -지르코늄 메틸로센, -및 임의로 유기 알루미늄 화합물을 함유하는, 하나 이상의 올레핀의 불균질 중합 방법을 위해 적절한 고형 촉매.
제1항에 있어서, 유기전자-공여 화합물 D가 에테르 에스테르, 티오에테르, 술폰, 술폭시드, 2차 아미드, 3차 아민, 3차 포스핀 및 포스포로아미드로 부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 촉매.
(1) 이 염화 마그네슘 80~99.5 몰% 및 불안정한 수소가 없는 하나이상의 유기 전자-공여 화합물 D 0.5~20몰%을 함유하고, 10~100마이크론 질량-평균 지름 Dm 및 입자의 Dm 대 수-평균 지름 Dn 의 비율이 3 이하인 정도의 입자 크기 분포를 갖는 장구형 입자의 형태로 존재하는 고형 지지체(A)를, (2) 지르코늄 메탈로센 (B), 및 임의로 유기 알류미늄 화합물(C), 바람직하게는 알루민옥산과 함께 접촉시킴을 특징으로 하는, 제1항에 따른 고형 촉매의 제조방법.
(ⅰ) 폴리에틸렌 또는 에틸렌과 10중량% 이하의 하나 이상의 C3~C8알파-올레핀의 공중합체, 및 (ⅱ) 필수적으로 지르코늄, 마그네슘, 염소 및 알루미늄의 원자를 함유하는 올레핀의 추가 (공)중합 반응을 위한 활성촉매를, 예비중합체가 지르코늄 1밀리몰당 0.1~500g 의 폴리에틸렌 또는 에틸렌의 공중합체를 함유하고 Al/Zr 원자비가 10~100이 되는 정도의 양으로 포함하는 예비 중합체.
제4항에 있어서, 10~500 마이크론의 질량-평균지름 Dm 및 입자의 Dm 대 수- 평균 지름 Dn의 비율이 3 이하인 정도의 입자 크기 분포를 갖는, 장구형 입자로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 예비 중합체.
제1항 또는 2항에 따른 고형 촉매 또는 제3항의 방법에 의하여 제조된 고형 촉매를, 0~100℃의 온도, 0.1~5MPa 의 총 압력하, 원자비 Al/Zr 이 10~1000이 되는정도의 양의 유기 알루미늄 화합물의 존재하에, 액체 탄화수소 슬러리 내 또는 기체 상에서 에틸렌 또는 에틸렌 및 하나 이상의 C3~C8알파-올레핀의 혼합물과 함께 접촉 시킴을 특징으로 하는, 제4항 또는 5항에 따른 예비 중합체 입자의 제조방법.
제1항 또는 2항에 따른 고형 촉매 또는 제3항에 따라 제조된 고형 촉매, 또는 제4항 또는 5항에 따른 예비 중합체 입자 또는 제6항에 따른 방법에 의해 제조된 예비 중합체 입자를, 10~100℃ 의 온도, 0.1~5MPa 의 총 압력하, 원자비 Al/Zr이 10~1000이 되는 정도의 양의 유기 알루미늄 화합물의 존재하에, 에틸렌 또는 에틸렌 및 하나 이상의 C3~C8알파-올레핀의 혼합물과 함께 접촉시킴을 특징으로 하는, 에틸렌 중합 또는 에틸렌과 하나 이상의 C3~C8알파-올레핀의 공중합 방법.
제7항에 있어서 중합반응 또는 공중합반응을 액체 탄화수소 슬러리 내에서, 바람직하게는 기체 상에서 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
(ⅰ) 0.89~0.965 g/cm3의 밀도, 0.01~50 g/10분의 용융 지수(ASTM D 1238 조건 E), 2~5 의 분자량 분포 및 1000 탄소원자당 0.6의 이하의 에틸렌 불포화도를 갖는, 폴리에틸렌 또는 에틸렌 및 30 중량 % 이하의 하나 이상의 C3~C8알파-올레핀의 공중합체 및 (ⅱ) 필수적으로 마그네슘, 염소, 알루미늄 및 지르코늄의 원자로 구성된 촉매 잔류물을 포함하며, 지르코늄의 양이 0.5~20 중량 ppm이고 0.3~0.55 g/cm3의 벌크 밀도를 갖는, 제7항 또는 8항의 방법에 의해 수득 가능한 중합체 또는 공중합체 분말.
제9항에 있어서, 150~1000마이크론의 질량-평균 지름 Dm 및 입자의 Dm 대 수-평균 지름 Dn의 비율이 3이하인 정도의 입자크기 분포를 갖는, 장구형 입자로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 중합체 또는 공중합체 분말.
