Claims (8)
- 마그네슘과 알루미늄을 포함하는 Mg[R'mAl(OR')nR]2화합물(R과 R'는 알킬기, n=1, 2 또는 3, m=3-n)을 시클로펜타디엔 계열 리간드와 반응시킨 후, 이를 아마이드 계열 리간드와 반응시켜 킬레이트 리간드를 포함하는 마그네슘-알루미늄 화합물을 제조하고, 이를 다시 티탄할라이드 화합물 TiX4(X는 Cl, Br 또는 OR, R은 알킬기)과 반응시켜 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 킬레이트된 티탄화합물로 이루어진 올레핀 중합용 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 시클로펜타디엔 계열 리간드는 시클로펜타디엔, 인덴, 또는 플루오렌인 것을 특징으로 하는 올레핀 중합용 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 아마이드 계열 리간드는 카르보디이미드 계열 또는 다이케티미나토 계열의 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 올레핀 중합용 촉매.
- 제3항에 있어서, 아마이드 계열 리간드는 2-페닐아미노-4-페닐-이미노-2-펜텐 또는 그 유도체인 것을 특징으로 하는 올레핀 중합용 촉매.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한항에 따른 킬레이트된 티탄화합물로 이루어진 올레핀중합용 촉매(A)와 마그네슘 할라이드 화합물(B) 및 조촉매 성분(C)으로 이루어진 촉매 시스템을 사용하여 중합을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 올레핀 중합 또는 공중합 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 마그네슘 할라이드 화합물(B)은 그리냐드 시약과 사염화탄소의 반응에 의하여 제조된 것임을 특징으로 하는 올레핀 중합 또는 공중합 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 조촉매 성분(C)은 R''nAlCl3-n(R''는 알킬기이고, n은 1, 2 또는 3)의 유기금속 알루미늄 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 올레핀 중합 또는 공중합 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 기상 중합 반응에 의해 중합하는 것을 특징으로하는 올레핀 중합 또는 공중합 방법.
