제1도는 본 발명에 따라 제조된 촉매를 사용하여 수득된 폴리에틸렌의 분자량 분포곡선을 나타낸다.

Claims (8)

  1. 지르코늄 메탈로센을 염화 마그네슘 지지체와 접촉시켜서 제조되는, 하나 또는 그 이상의 올레핀을 중합하는 불균질 방법에 적합한 고체 촉매에 있어서 : (i) 이염화 마그네슘 80~99.5몰% 및 불안정한 수소가 없는 적어도 하나의 유기 전자공여체 화합물 D1 0.5~20몰%를 함유하는, 10~100미크론의 질량평균 직경 Dm 및 입자의 수평균 직경 Dn에 대한 Dm의 비가 3이하인 입자크기 분포를 갖는 구형입자 형태의 고체 지지체 (A)를 불안정한 수소를 함유하는 적어도 하나의 전자공여체 화합물 D2와 접촉시켜서 지지체(A')를 형성하는 제1단계, 및 (ii) 지지체(A')를 지르코늄 메탈로센(B), 및 티타늄 및 바나듐에서 선택된 전이금속(TM)의 적어도 하나의 할라이드 (C)와 접촉시키고 임의로 유기 알루미늄 화합물 (E), 바람직하게는 알루민옥산과 접촉시키는 제2단계로 구성되는 방법에 의해 수득될 수 있음을 특징으로 하는 고체 촉매.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 불안정한 수소가 없는 유기 전자공여체 화합물 D1이 에테르, 에스테르, 티오에테르, 술폰, 술폭시드, 2차 아미드, 3차 아민, 3차 포스핀 및 포스포르아미드에서 선택됨을 특징으로하는 고체 촉매.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 불안정한 수소를 함유하는 전자공여체 화합물 D2가 알코올, 페놀, 1차 아미드, 1차 또는 2차 아미, 1차 또는 2차 포스핀, 및 카르복실산에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 고체 촉매.
  4. (i) 제1단계에서 화합물 D2를 지지체 마그네슘 양에 대한 D2양의 몰비가 0.05~2.5인 양으로 사용하고 (ii) 제2단계에서 사용된 화합물양은, 지지체의 Mg양에 대한 지르코늄 메탈로센 (B)의 Zr양의 원자비가 0.001~1이고, 지지체의 Mg양에 대한 할라이드 (C)의 Ti및/또는 V양의 원자비가 0.01~10이며, 지르코늄 메탈라센 (B)의 Zr양에 대한 화합물 (E)Al양의 원자비가 0~1,000, 바람직하게는 1~500이 되는 양임을 특징으로 하는, 제1항에 따른 고체 촉매의 제조방법.
  5. (i) 폴리에틸렌, 또는 에틸렌과 10중량%이하의 적어도 하나의 C3~C8α-올레핀과의 공중합체 및 (ii) 마그네슘, 염소, 알루미늄, 지르코늄, 티타늄 및/또는 바나늄의 원자들을 주로 함유하며, 조촉매로서의 유기 알루미늄 화합물 및 제1항에 따른 고체 촉매를 함유하는, 올레핀(공)중합용 활성 촉매를, 예비 중합체가 Zr 및 전이금속(TM) 밀리몰당 0.1~500g의 폴리에틸렌 또는 에틸렌의 공중합체를 함유하며 Al(Zr+TM) 원자비가 10~1,000인 양으로 함유함을 특징으로 하는 예비 중합체 입자.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 10~500미크론의 질량평균 직경 Dm 및 입자의 수평균 직경 Dn에 대한 Dm의 비가 3이하인 입자크기 분포를 갖는 구형 입자로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 예비 중합체 입자.
  7. 제1항에 따른 고체 촉매를 액체 탄화수소 중의 또는 기체상 중의 에틸렌 또는 에틸렌과 적어도 하나의 C3~C8α-올레핀의 혼합물과 Al(Zr+TM) 원자비가 10~1,000인 양의 유기알루미늄 화합물 존재하에 0~100℃온도에서 0.1~5MPa의 총 압력하에 접촉시킴을 특징으로 하는, 제5항에 따른 예비 중합체 입자의 제조방법.
  8. 제1항에 따른 고체 촉매 또는 제5항에 따른 예비 중합체 입자를 에틸렌 또는 에틸렌과 적어도 하나의 C3~C8α-올레핀의 혼합물과 Al(Zr+TM) 원자비가 10~1,000인 양의 유기알루미늄 화합물 존재하에 10~110℃온도에서 0.1~5MPa의 총 압력하에 접촉시킴을 특징으로 하는, 에틸렌의 중합 또는 에틸렌과 적어도 하나의 C3~C8α-올레핀의 공중합 방법.
