Claims (6)

  1. Al2O3와 TiC 혹은 관련 탄화물, 질화물, 카본티트라이드 혹은 옥시카본니트라이드의 적어도 하나의 이중층(double layer)으로 코팅된 몸체(body)에 있어서, 전술한 탄화물(carbides)-, 질화물(nitrides)-, 카본니트라이드(carbonitrides)-, 혹은 옥시카본니트라이드(oxycarbonitride)-층이 적층 카파(kappa)-Al2O3혹은 세타(theta)-Al2O3로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 코팅된 몸체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 하기의 상관계(phase relationship)가 TiC/카파-Al2O3사이에 존재함을 특징으로 하는 몸체,TiC // (0001) 카파-Al2O3[110] TiC //카파-Al2O3.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 하기의 상관계(phase relationship)가 TiC/카파-Al2O3사이에 존재함을 특징으로 하는 몸체, (111) TiC // (310) 세타-Al2O3 TiC // [001] 세타-Al2O3.
  4. 전술한 항중 한 항에 있어서, Al2O3-층이 입자크기가 <1㎛이고 알파-Al2O3가 초기핵형성된 카파-혹은 세타-Al2O3로부터 형성된 알파-Al2O3로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 몸체.
  5. 핵형성 과정에서 수증기함량이 <30㎛, 선호적으로 <5ppm 임을 특징으로 하는 Al2O3로 몸체를 코팅하는 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 코팅후의 몸체가 보호가스대기 속에서 900-1100℃로 0.3-10시간 열처리됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
