제3도는 정상 브레이크작동시의 상태를 보인 동 단면도.
Claims (5)
- 제1 및 제2밸브시이트(32,34)가 구성되어 있고 이들 양 밸브시이트(32,34)에 밸브동체(40)가 작용할 수 있게된 밸브하우징(30)으로 구성되는 공압브레이크 부우스터(10)를 제어하기 위한 밸브 조립체로서, 작동부재(38)의 한 위치에서 밸브동체(40)가 제1밸브시이트(32)로부터만 벗어나 브레이크 부우스터(10)의 두 챔버(24,26)를 서로 연결하고 양 챔버를 공기유입구(50)로부터 차단하며, 작동부재(38)의 다른 위치에서는 밸브동체(40)가 제2밸브 시이트(24)로부터만 벗어나 두 챔버(24,26)를 격리시키고 이들 챔버중의 하나를 공기유입구(50)에 연결하는 공압브레이크 부우스터 제어용 밸브조립체에 있어서, 밸브조립체(28)가 공기 유입구(50)에 연결될 수 있게된 브레이크 부우스터(10)의 챔버(26)측으로 개방되고 밸브동체(40)를 제2밸브시이트(34)로부터 벗어나도록하는데 요구된 운동을 능가하는 작동부재(38)의 운동에 의해 개방될 수 있게된 부가적인 밸브(66,72)에 의하여 제어됨을 특징으로 하는 공압브레이크 부우스터 제어용 밸브조립체.
- 청구범위1항에 있어서, 부가적인 밸브(66,72)가 밸브하우징(30)의 외측에 배설된 환상의 제3밸브시이트(66)를 가지고, 밸브하우징(30)은 부가적인 밸브동체와 마찬가지로 밸브하우징(30)에 대하여 축방향으로 이동가능하고 제3밸브시이트(66)를 향하는 방향으로 탄지된 슬리이브(72)에 의하여 방사상 거리를 두고 둘러싸여 있으며, 부가적인 배출채널(80)이 밸브하우징(30)과 슬리이브(72) 사이에 형성되고, 작동부재(38)가 전동소자(82)에 의하여 슬리이브(72)에 연결됨을 특징으로 하는 밸브조립체.
- 청구범위 2항에 있어서, 제3밸브시이트(66)가 공기유입구(50)에 인접하여 밸브하우징(30)의 일측단부에 배설되고 부가적인 배출채널(80)이 공기유입구(50)의 방사상 외측영역으로 연결됨을 특징으로 하는 밸브조립체.
- 청구범위 3항에 있어서, 제3밸브시이트(66)가 작동부재(38)에 대해 지지된 스프링(62)에 의한 슬리이브(72)의 탄지방향에 대해 반대 방향으로 밸브하우징(30)내에서 탄지되는 관상삽입체(60)에서 플랜지 형태로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 밸브조립체.
- 청구범위 2항-4항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 진동소자(82)가 제2밸브시이트(34)에 고정적으로 연결되고 밸브하우징(30)과 슬리이브(72)의 각 방사상 요구(84,86)를 통하여 축방향으로 유동(B,C)가능하게 연장되고, 밸브하우징(30)에 대한 전동소자(82)의 축방향 유동(B)이 슬리이브(72)에 대한 전동소자(82)의 축방향 유동(C)보다 큼을 특징으로 하는 밸브조립체.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
