Claims (11)

  1. 가동벽으로 한쌍의 챔버가 분리형성된 하우징, 각벽과 함께 이동가능하고 밸브부재와 함께 작용하는 제1밸브시이트를 형성하는 후브부재, 입력부재의 작용하에 후브에 대하여 이동가능하고 밸브부재와 함께 작용하는 제2밸브시이트를 형성하는 밸브소자로 구성되고, 상기 제밸브시이트와 밸브부재가 함께 작용하는 것은 챔버내의 압력평형을 제어하도록 두 시이트의 상대적인 축방향위치에 따라서 이루어지며, 후브와 동축상이며 이 후브로부터 분리되고 이에 대하여 이동가능한 중공형부재, 이 중공형 부재와 함께 이동가능하고 밸브부재에 대한 제2밸브시이트운동의 극단위치가 밸브소자의 접속으로 결정되도록 하는 접속면을 형성하는 접속부재로 구성되고, 밸브소자가 이와 같이 접속되므로 제1밸브시이트는 상기 압력부재에 의한 작동준비의 평형된 조건에서 제2밸브시이트를 유지하도록 상기 챔버중의 한 챔버내 압력의 작용하에 밸브부재와 함께 작동토록 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 공압작동형 서보-부우스터.
  2. 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 접속부재가 중공형부재에 고정되고 이에 의하여 실려 있는 바의 서보-부우스터.
  3. 청구범위 1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 제2밸브시이트운동의 상기 극단위치가 외갑체에 대한 중공형부재의 접속에 따라 좌우되는 바의 서보-부우스터.
  4. 청구범위 1항-3항의 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 접속면이 제2밸브시이트와 밸브부재사이의 협동위치에 인접하여 위치하는 바의 서보-부우스터.
  5. 전기청구범위의 어느 한항에 있어서, 밸브부재가 접속부재에 대하여 반작용하는 스프링에 의해 밸브시이트를 향하여 탄지되는 바의 서로-부우스터.
  6. 전기청구범위의 어느 한항에 있어서, 밸브부재와 밸브시이트가 중공형 부재내에 배치된 바의 서보-부우스터.
  7. 청구범위 6항에 있어서, 접속부재가 종공형부재내에 밸브부재를 유치하도록 작용하는 바의 서보-부우스터.
  8. 청구범위 5항-7항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 접속부재가 밸브시이트를 향하여 밸브부재를 탄지하는 스프링을 위한 반작용면을 형성하는 바의 서보-부우스터.
  9. 전기청구범위의 어느 한항에 있어서, 입력봉 복귀스프링이 입력봉의 접속부와 접속부재 사이에서 작용하는 바의 서보-부우스터.
  10. 전기청구범위의 어느 한항에 있어서, 후브를 위한 복귀스프링의 힘이 입력봉과 후브에 의하여 재가된 출력봉 사이에 배치된 반작용 디스크를 통하여 작용하는 바의 서보-부우스터.
  11. 청구범위 10항에 있어서, 상기 후브복귀스프링이 외갑체와 상기 출력봉 사이에서 작용하는 바의 서보-부우스터.
