제2도는 본 발명에 따라 생산된 공압 브레이크 부스터의 중심부를 예시하는 이분종단 측면도.

Claims (8)

  1. 푸시로드(56)에 고정된 반동 디스크(58)의 한면을 플런저(32)에 의해 지지가능한 제어로드(34)에 의하여 작동되는 밸브수단(136, 138, 140)에 의해 전방챔버(16) 또는 대기에 선택적으로 연결된 후방챔버(18)와 진공원에 영구적으로 연결된 전방챔버(16)를 형성하는 비구름 다이어프램(12)의 도움으로 스커트(14)를 지지하는 후방관 형상부(22)로 부터 형성된 피스톤(22, 14, 102)이 그안에 위치하고 있는 케이싱(10), 이 피스톤의 스커트(14)와 플런저(32) 사이에 배열되어 있는 제어로드(34)용 복귀스프링(150), 인서트(118)에 의해 강고하게 된 동작부에 의하여 플런저(32)상에 형성된 제1밸브시이트(136)와 또한 피스톤(14)상에 형성된 제2밸브시이트(140)와 상호 작용하는 셔터(138)를 가지고 있는 밸브수단(136, 138, 140), 가요성의 관형상 다이어프램(114)에 의해 형성된셔터(138) 그리고, 가요성의 관형상 다이어프램(114)의 2개의 끝(112,116)사이에 위치하고 있는 셔터(138)의 동작부로 구성되어 있으며, 셔터(138)는 전방챔버(16)와 후방챔버(18)사이의 연이어 통함을 허용하는 오리피스(120)를 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 공압 브레이크 부스터.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 셔터(138)내에 제작된 오리피스(120)는 제1밸브시이트(136)와 제2밸브시이트(140) 사이의 그 동작부내에 위치하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 부스터.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 피스톤(22, 14, 102)은 피스톤의 스커트(14)와 함께 환형의 체적(123)을 형성하고 있는 중간 피스톤 웨브(102)를 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 부스터.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 제2밸브시이트(140)는 피스톤의 스커트(14)상에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 부스터.
  5. 제1항 내지 4항에 있어서, 제1 및 제2밸브시이트(136 및 140)와 셔터(138)는 밸브시이트내에 배열되어 있으며, 셔터(138)는 환형의 체적(13)내에 배열되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 부스터.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 오리피스(142)는 스커트(14)내에 제작되어 전방챔버(16)를 환형의 체적(123)과 연이어 통하게 하도록 되어 있는 것과, 오리피스(144)는 중간 웨브(102)내에 제작되어 후방챔버(18)를 환형의 체적(123)과 연이어 통하게 하도록 되어있는 것과, 오리피스(144)는 중간 웨브(102)내에 제작되어 후방챔버(18)를 환형의 체적(123)과 연이어 통하게 하도록 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 부스터.
  7. 상기 어느 한 항에 있어서, 오리피스(146)는 플런저(32)내에 제작되어 환형의 체적(123)을 대기와 연이어 통하게 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 부스터.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 플런저내에 제작된 도리피스(146, 120, 142, 144), 셔터(138), 스커트(14) 및 웨브(102)는 부스터의 대칭축에 대하여 균일하게 분포되어 있으며, 동수이며 그리고 동일 평면상에 위치하는 중심을 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 부스터.
