Claims (11)
- 케이싱(10), 스커트를 지지하는 후방 관모양 부분(22)을 형성하는 그리고 펼쳐진 격벽(12)에 의해서 진공원에 영구히 연결된 전방챔버와 플런저(32)의 전방면(32b)에 의해서 푸시로드(56)에 고정된 반작용 디스크(58)의 후방면(58a)상에 지지될수 있는 제어로드(34)에 의해서 작동되는 밸브부재(136,138,140)로 전방 챔버(16)에 또는 대기에 선택적으로 연결된 후방챔버(18)를 규정하는 피스톤(22,14,102), 플런저(32)와 피스톤의 스커트(14) 사이에 배열된 제어로드(34)복귀용 스프링(150), 플런저(32)상에 형성된 제1밸브시이트(136) 그리고 피스톤(14)상에 형성된 제2밸브시이트(140)를 갖춘 작동부에 의해 상호작용하고 인서트(118)에 의해 강성으로된 셔터(138)로 구성된 밸브부재(136,138,140), 가요성 고나모양 격벽(114)에 의해 형성된 셔터(138), 가요성 관모양 격벽(114)의 2끝(112,116)사이에 위치한 셔터의 작동부로 구성되어 있으며 플런저(32)는 전방부(126), 전방부(126)에 대하여 왕복운동으로 변위가능한 작동부(128) 그리고 전방부(126)에 나사결합된 후방부(124)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 공압 브레이크 부스터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 작동부(128)는 전방부(126)상에 밀봉적으로 미끄러지며 후방부(124)와 부딪치며 스프링(156)은 플런저(32)의 작동부(128)와 전방부(126)사이에 배열된 것을 특징으로 하는 부스터.
- 제2항에 있어서, 전방부(126)는 반작용 디스크(58)의 후방면(58a)상에 지지될 수 있는 플런저(32)의 전방면(32b)으로 구성되어있으며, 제1밸브시이트(136)는 작동부(128)상에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 부스터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 피스톤(22,14,102)은 피스톤의 스커트(14)로 환형체적(123)을 규정하는 중간 피스톤 웨브(102)로 구성되어 있고, 제1(136)및 제2(140) 밸브시이트 그리고 셔터(138)는 환형체적(123)에 배열되어있고, 제2밸브시이트(140)는 피스톤의 스커트(14)상에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 부스터.
- 제4항에 있어서, 전방챔버(16)가 환형체적(123)과 연통하도록 하기위해 오리피스(142)가 스커트(14)에 만들어져있으며, 후방챔버(18)가 환형체적(123)과 연통하도록 오리피스(144)가 중간웨브(102)에 만들어진 것을 특징으로 하는 부스터.
- 제5항에 있어서, 셔터(138)는 제1밸브 시이트(136)와 제2밸브시이트(140)사이의 작동부에 위치한 오리피스(120)를 갖추고있고 전방챔버(16)와 후방챔버(18)사이의 연통을 허용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부스터.
- 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 환형 체적(123)이 대기와 연통하도록 오리피스(146)가 플런저(32)에 만들어진 것을 특징으로 하는 부스터.
- 제7항에 있어서, 오리피스(146,120,142,144)는 플런저(32)에서 만들어져 있고, 셔터(138), 스커트(14) 및 웨브(102)는 부스터의 축선에 대해 균일하게 대칭으로 분포되어있고 동일한 갯수로 되어있고 동일한 평면에 위치한 센터를 갖춘 것을 특징으로 하는 부스터.
- 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제어로드(34)의 복귀용 스프링(150)은 피스톤의 스커트(14)와 플런저(32)의 작동부(128)사이에 배열된 것을 특징으로 하는 부스터.
- 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 셔터스프링(154)은 셔터(138)의 작동부를 전방으로 가압하고, 상기 셔터스프링(154)은 제어로드(34)의 복귀용 스프링에 대하여 동심이며 더욱큰 직경을 갖춘것을 특징으로 하는 부스터.
- 전항들중 어느 한 항에 따른 부스터의 점프값 조절방법에 있어서, 부스터 점프의 원하는 값에 대응하는 힘을 푸시로드(56)에 적용하는 단계, 플런저의 전방면(32b)이 전진하도록 야기하기 위해 플런저(32)의 전방부(126)가 후방부(124)내로 나사체결되는 단계, 플런저의 전방면(32b)과 반작용 디스크(58)의 후방면(58a)사이의 접촉이 분리되는 단계, 푸시로드(58)에 적용된 힘이 해제되는단계; 로 구성된 것을 특징으로하는 부스터 점프값 조절방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
