Abstract

PNEUMATSKI POJAČAVAČ, pronalazak se odnosi na pneumatski pojačavač kočnice koji obuhvata jedno kućište (10) u kome je postavljen klip (22, 14, 102), obrazovan od zadnjeg cevastog dela (22) na kome je postavljen spoljni zid (14), i koji pomoću pomerljive dijafragme (12) obrazuje prednju komoru (16), trajno povezanu sa izvorom vakuuma, i zadnju komoru (18) povezanu selektivno sa prednjom komorom (16) ili sa atmosferom ventilskim sklopom (136, 138, 140), aktiviranim upravljačkom polugom (34), koja naleže preko potiskivača (32) na jednu od površina oslone ploče (58) pričvršćene na potisnu polugu (56), povratnu oprugu (150) upravljačke poluge (34) postavljenu izmedju spoljneg zida (14) i potiskivača (32). Ventilski sklop (136, 138, 140) obuhvata prstenastu ploču (138) koja jednim aktivnim delom ukrućenim umetkom (118) sadejstvuje sa prvim ventilskim sedištem (136) obrazovanim na potiskivaču (32), kao i sa drugim ventilskim sedištem (140), obrazovanim na klipu (14). Prstenastu ploču (138) obrazuje jedna savitljiva cevasta dijafragma (114), pri čemu je aktivan deo prstenaste ploče (138) postavljen izmedju dva kraja (112, 116) savitljive cevaste dijafragme (114). Prema pronalasku, prstenasta ploča (138) ima otvore (120) koji omogućuju vezu izmedju prednje komore (16) i zadnje komore (18).
