The annular plate (138) is formed by a flexible tubular diaphragm (114), the active part of the annular plate (138) being placed between the two ends (112, 116) of the flexible tubular diaphragm (114). According to the invention, the annular plate (138) has openings (120) which allow a connection between the front chamber (16) and the rear chamber (18).
