Claims (22)
- 제1냉각제 통로에 배열되어 라디에이터로서 작동되는 열 교환기를 포함하는 냉각제 회로와, 이 라디에이터를 지나가는 바이패스와, 운반 능력이 변경될 수 있는 전기 냉각제 펌프를 구비하여 라디에이터와 바이패스로 흐르는 냉각제의 분배가 적어도 냉각제 온도의 기능에 의해 영향받는 엔진 냉각 장치에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 냉각제 온도 센서(27)에 의해 감지되는 냉각제 온도의 기능에 의해서 전기 펌프(23)를 제어하는 전자스위치장치(24)와, 냉각되는 엔진(10)에 의해 구동되며 필요한 냉각 능력의 일부를 특정화시킬 수 있는 운반능력을 자는 기계 냉각제 펌프(22)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진 냉각장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 센서(26)에 의해 감지된 엔진(17)의 작동온도는 입력신호로서 전자 스위치장치(24)로 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진 냉각장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 엔진(10) 바로근방에서 센서(29)에 의해 감지된 온도는 입력신호로서 전자 스위치 장치(24)을 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진 냉각장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 냉각되는 엔진부의 온도는 적어도 하나의 센서(30)에 의해 입수돼 입력신호로서 전자 스위치 장치(24)로 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진 냉각장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 센서(31)에 의해 감지된 주변 온도는 전자 스위치 장치(24)로 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진 냉각장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 센서(25)에 의해 감지된 엔진(10) 속도는 전자 스위치장치(24)로 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진 냉각장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 센서(28)에 의해 감지된 냉각제 압력은 전자 스위치 장치(24)로 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진 냉각장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전자 스위치장치(24)에 의해 제어될 수 있는 전기팬(37, 38)은 냉각제 통로(15, 17, 19, 52, 53)에 배치된 열교환기(16, 20)를 냉각시키는 공기를 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진 냉각장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 또 다른 열교환기(20)를 갖는 제3냉각제 통로(19)가 제공된 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진 냉각장치.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 열교환기(20)와 운반 능력이 전자스위치장치(24)에 의히 변경될 수 있는 전기 냉각제 펌프(54)를 구비하는 제1 및 제2냉각제 커넥션(50, 51)을 갖는 분리냉각제 회로가 엔진(10)에 제공된 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진 냉각장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 냉각되는 엔진(10)은 모터 차량의 구동 엔진으로써 배치되었고, 센서(32)에 의해 감지된 모터 차량의 운동속도는 또 다른 입력 신호로써 전자 스위치 장치(24)로 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진 냉각장치.
- 제11항에 있어서, 작동기(35)를 통해 전자 스위치 장치(24)에 의해 작동되는 블라인드(36)는 열교환기(16)를 통해 흐르는 공기 흐름에 영향을 주기 위해 제공된 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진 냉각장치.
- 제11항에 있어서, 가열/통풍제어기(33)에 의해 방출된 신호는 전자 스위치장치(24)로 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진 냉각장치.
- 제1냉각제 통로에 배치되어 라디에이터로서 작동되는 열 교환기를 포함하는 냉각제 통로와 이 라디에이터를 지나가는 바이패스와, 또 다른 냉각제 회로에서 제1 및 적어도 제2공기관을 갖는 제3냉각제 통로에 배치된 다른 열 교환기와, 적어도 하나의 전기 냉각제 펌프를 구비하여 라디에이터와 바이패스로 흐르는 냉각제의 분배가 적어도 냉각제 온도의 기능에 의해 영향받는 엔진 냉각 장치에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 냉각제 온도 센서(27)에 위해 감지되는 냉각제 온도의 기능에 의해서 전기 펌프(23, 54)를 제어하는 전자 스위치 장치(24)의 냉각되는 엔진(10)에 의해 구동되며 필요한 냉각 능력의 일부를 특정화시킬 수 있는 운반 능력을 갖는 기계 냉각제 펌프(22)를 구비하며, 다른 열교환기(20)에 의해 가열된 공기가 작동기(39)를 경유해 전기 스위치 장치(24)에 의해 작동될 수 있는 공기 플랩(41)수단으로 2개의 공기관으로 분배되는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진 냉각장치.
- 제1항 또는 제14항에 있어서, 전기 냉각제 펌프(23)와 기계 냉각제 펌프(22)는 일련으로 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진 냉각장치.
- 제1항 내지 제15항의 장치를 작동하는 방법에 있어서, 전기 냉각제 펌프(23)의 운반 능력은 센서(27)에 의해 감지된 냉각제 온도와 센서(26)에 의해 감지된 엔진 작동온도의 기능으로써 전기 스위치 장치(24)에 의해 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 작동방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 전기 냉각제 펌프(23)의 운반 능력은 센서(25)에 의해 감지된 엔진속도의 기능으로써 전기 스위치 장치(24)에 의해 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 작동방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 전기 냉각제 펌프(23)의 운반 능력은 엔진 격벽 온도 센서(29)와 엔진부 온도 센서(30)에 의해 감지된 온도 기능으로써 전기 스위치 장치(24)에 의해 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 작동방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 전기 냉각제 펌프(23)의 운반 능력은 센서(31)에 의해 감지된 주변 온도의 기능으로써 전기 스위치장치(24)에 의해 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 작동방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 다른 열교환기(20)에 의해 가열된 공기는 엔진을 가열하거나 냉각하기 위해 사용되며 공기의 분배는 공기 플랩(41)으로 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 작동방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 하나의 냉각제 펌프(22, 23, 54)가 고장났을 경우 비상 작동이 실시되는 것을 특징으로하는 작동방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 냉각제 상태는 냉각제 온도 센서(27)와 냉각제 압력센서(28)에 의해 얻어진 신호들을 연관하여 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 작동방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
